Buying a good used car is like finding a usable sharp needle in a haystack. I have car ADHD and I am constantly buying a different car. Dealing with Aleksa was my best used car buying experience in 30 years. I had Mike as a salesman and he was always happy, pleasant, helpful and quick to return my calls. I met with Jake and came to an agreed upon price that made me very happy within 3 minutes of sitting down at the table. I did have a problem with the my Chrysler 300's AC after I brought the car home. This is what made this a different experience... They bent over backwards helping me out. They gave me a loaner. Then they even drove my car back to my place of work (over 50 miles away) to swap the loaner with my own car. They repaired everything for free and made everything perfect. This was a truly different experience. Even though I live on the RI border I will always keep an eye on the Aleksa inventory to see what car to buy next from them. I have also recommended them to my friends.

Wonderful salesperson, Dan, made buying our used car a stress free experience. He was pleasant, friendly, and knew his business inside and out. The communication was excellent and we felt secure and confident throughout the entire procedure. He was informative, but not pushy. We will definitely head back there for our next car!

Basically, I WASN'T talked down to by some skinny kids in a tie or hassled by someone trying to sell me what I didn't want. No gimmicky dealer here. I found a group of guys who seem to like what they do. The truck I bought was under book value, it was well prepped and I liked the 30 day 1000 mile warranty. It is a month later, and I am very happy with my choice.
