Buyer from Roseville, CA. Looking for a used car, came to Quality Pre-Owned Vehicles, and got a nice car for a good deal.

The sales manager Dimitri was quite professional and easy to work with. Let me take the car to my mechanic to have it checked out. Some of the finance offers were very unreasonable, but he ended up getting me a loan with Chase which I have recently used and the rate was good. He took extra time to get the right loan for me. Low mileage 2006 Volvo S60 was purchased. Some minor defects, but to be expected for a used velicle. Put in a few hundred in to bring it up to my standards. Have been driving it now for 4 months and it is a great vehicle. The only complaint I have is those round stickers that they put on the windshield. They leave a residue that will not come off, but only shows when the windshield is wet. I would shop at this dealership again and I recommend it to anyone. They have a nice selection of newer used cars.

I went to over 20 dealerships in the area and "Quality pre-own vehicles" was able to give me the best deal. The dealership right across the street was so rude to me and I walked over to Quality and was greeted by a non-pushy employee. I was able to get exactly what I wanted for the price that I wanted even though EVERY other dealership said they couldn't help me in my price range. I walked in and walked out with the Truck that I wanted in a little over an hour! Unbelievable. They also do all of the DMV paperwork on site. You definitely need to check it out!

I highly recommend this dealer. They are very honest and helpful. Both Oscar and Dimitri are easy to talk to and are there to help you get the car you want. Dimitri even got me a loan with an excellent interest rate. I would buy from this dealer again!

Dimitri was awesome from start to finish. We happened to find the car on a Sunday and the store was closed. We went ahead and submitted an application online that night and Dimitri emailed us within the hour saying he received it and would work on it first thing in the morning. We arrived later the next day and everything went super smooth and quick. Not only is the car amazing, but Dimitri was wiling to lower his price so we could be in line with the banks financing requirements. He is very personable, but professional at the same time. This is the only dealership I've ever been to that also includes a FREE 90 day warranty. I will recommend all my friends/family here and hope to purchase future vehicles from here as well.
