Ethan was outstanding. He's got a lot of potential, he is a very friendly and cordial young man. He stayed after hours to make sure my deal stayed on track, but he could have left after passing me to finance. One of the best things about Ethan is that he was not birddogging me at the door, he has a very special low pressure tactic and is a great closer. I truly believe he should lead other salesmembers by his example. He is a real asset to this dealership, and I hope his efforts are noticed by management.
