Professional and Friendly Service

I received an oil change at Fox Buick GMC. As always the staff was professional and friendly. My car requires Dexos oil and the oil change was about half of what I have paid in the past at other places. They even include a free tire rotation in the low price! I opted not to get the tire rotation this time since I just had new tires put on my vehicle the week before, so the final price was even lower! It didn't seem like I had to wait that long for them to do the oil change either. Maybe it was because their waiting room is so comfortable, complete with couches, a large screen tv, magazines, coffee, hot water for tea and hot chocolate! ( I made myself a cup of hot chocolate). I will definitely tell my friends and family to get oil changes from Fox Buick GMC! :)

Buying new

Purchase a 2016 GMC SIERRA Z71 4X4 club cab.. Seems like great people to help you get your new ride. Let me take it for the weekend . They sell themselves. They trust people and that sells . Great way to do business

Outstanding experience

General Manager, John Phillips, and sales rep., Paul Bernard, of Fox Buick-GMC, were outstanding, professional, and the best I have ever worked with. You need to "close all the exists" and make sure they continue to be part of your team. Mike Shibler.

Outstanding Dealership

We had an intermittant problem with the heating system in our new 2015 GMC truck. I called the dealership very concerned that it was thanksgiving week and we had travel plans. They fit us in their busy schedule immediately, but by the time we got there, it was working again. Anybody who has done any kind of repair work understands that this is a no win situation, ie, if it ain't broke, it's very tough to diagnose. But Mike, the service manager, took it all in stride, and after researching the problem, discovered there was a newly released software patch along with a couple of unrelated updates also. Within a half hour, the software was updated and the heat has worked perfectly since. We love this dealership, from Keith Garvelink, our sales man/now also friend, who also gently led us to a better buying decision to Mike, the service manager who has demonstrated great customer service. Thanks guys....

Great Service, people are knowledgable

The service department began servicing the car promptly and did a complete job quickly and then answered all my questions before my departure from the dealership. they are always friendly and concerned about doing a good job to achieve customer satisfaction.

Great Service!

After having my oil changed and tires rotated, my lug nut covers all started falling off. You promptly ordered all new lugs for my car with no hassle and no charge.
