Daughters used car nightmare!

I 'm very upset after buying my daughters first car from this dealer! The car has many issues with it! The buying process was also a nightmare. Thought it was a tote the note dealer, but instead the owner sold the contract to a bank. Considering the issues and the amount I had to put down , and the contract was sold out, plus the car was way to expensive, I should have just took her to a reputable dealer.

Sorry to have be addressing the same person-that has tried this false claim as before. These claims dont make any sense. If you have a tough time at the beginning of the buying--most people would move on down to the next car lot. I wouldn't buy if i have a bad experience before i pay for anything. Also if i get a bank to accept anyone for a loan--it is with a customer interview with the bank,,thay have to answer questions directly to the bank... So I have thousands of satisfied customers now and in the future. I know people will see thru this false attempt to tarnish my business. I will continue to deliver a good vehicle and good service. God has blessed my Business!!

Spot on!!!

I emailed the dealer on a Saturday night and some one called me on Sunday!!! They said they were there for a delivery and were willing to let me come and drive the car. I went the next day and checked out the car and it was just as described and the staff was very friendly. I did not buy the car because I overlooked one small detail in the description, it was a V8. I just didn't think my 16 year old needs that much motor just yet!!!

Great buying experience.

Would look here when I need to buy another car. No pressure to buy and good cars to choose from. Nice place.

GREAT, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!!

I purchased my F250 this week and could not be happier. The guys gave me a good price for my trade-in and made the paperwork super fast so that I could pick my twins up from school on time. Thank you GUYS!!!! I will definitely be back for my next vehicle!!

Super Friendly - Great Experience!

Buying a car is usually a pain but not here - these people made it simple! My salesperson was great and the paperwork process was quick and easy! Everyone I encountered was pleasant and easy to deal with. No complaints at all!

Best Experience/Best Price/Best Car I could Afford

I purchased a car from this dealership in January 2014. The buying experience was great. They offer financing through a bank and also in house financing for those that have "not so great" credit, like myself. Not that Im a dirtbag, but have been hit with some "not so great" circumstance that took a hit on my credit. I worked with Rocky and he was so nice and really cared about me as a customer and a person. He treated me with great respect. Everyone at this dealership was very nice. The down payment that was requested was reasonable. Enough to pay tax, title and licensing fees and my first months payment. Very fair considering I used IN HOUSE financing. I would be skeptical if they did not request this amount from me up front. No one is just going to give away cars for nothing down. If there is a place like that, BEWARE. I did purchase the Warranty and had to use it once with no issue. I bought an older model car so I knew i may need a warranty to be protected. When I had a problem, Rocky worked with me and had the onsite mechanics fix the problem and I was on my way in no time. I plan on telling everyone I know that needs a car to visit this dealership. I had a great experience overall and will shop there again for my next car.

GOOD CAR at a GOOD PRICE

They had a car out front that I saw for a couple weeks as I was driving to work. It always caught my eye.. Last week I had a car accident and my car was totaled. I visited the website and found the car I had been looking at and the price was fair. My wife thought it was a little high and so we worked with the owner to have the price reduced. We were able to get into a great car with a decent down payment. We purchased a warranty too, just in case. We had a good exprerience and will be back to buy our teenage son a car before he heads off to college. I hope these guys stick around. Nice Lot and building too. Thats the first thing we said to each other when we were leaving the lot. It was immaculately clean, very well decorated and comfortable. You could tell that the owner really cares.

stay away!!!

Traded in a nice vehicle for a lemon. . Was told the truck ran great only to get it home after one day and have it dump oil all over my driveway!! Tried to contact the owner but received no return call. Finally talked to him only to be told of what I would have to pay for!! Take your business to someone who values customers and believes in FAIR, TRUST WORTHY service!!!

Sorry you r not satisfied with your 1987 Mazda pickup. I did try to help you--a week later--I did not call you about your trade---a real lemon----no ac--leaks oil everywhere!!!---so please give both sides of the story!!! I offer a warranty and 99% of my customers are happy!!!

Most Accommodating

Classic Auto Brokers has to be one of the most accommodating auto dealerships I have ever dealt with. They are so helpful in finding the car that fit my needs. I have bought several from them and have had success from each. I will be back!
