Helpful, knowledgeable, fair
Lorenzo helped put me in my first Ferrari. I saw a car online and I loved it. By the time I got around to visiting the showroom that car was under contract with another buyer. Lorenzo took all the time I needed to show me other cars on the floor. Even when he knew I was not buying he was solid. A while passed and Lorenzo called me to say that the deal on the car I came to see fell through. I jumped on it and have been very happy with the purchase. Lorenzo arranged all the paperwork and delivery - It was more complicated than normal, for a variety of reasons, but the guys at Boardwalk made it happen with a minimum of fuss. I highly recommend Boardwalk Ferrari and especially Lorenzo Amaya.

Extremely knowledable and no pressure
This is the second car we have purchased from Nathan Dunning, and the fifth overall from the Boardwalk group. fixed my Ferrari perfectly
You get what you pay for. Great Service and Communication, from start to finish! I would suggest a 24 hour hotline where you get a Ferrari knowledgeable human being on the receiving end of the call. Not criticism, just a suggestion. Jim Mango Paying for Service, parts and boutique is a bit awkward and too time consuming. This process could be more streamlined.

Lorenzo is Great!
Recently sold my company and wanted to buy myself and my wife a new car so I had been looking for a couple months in anticipation. Visited Boardwalk a couple times and Lorenzo was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with no sales pressure. The day I signed the paperwork to sell my company, I called Lorenzo and told him I would be there in an hour to buy a couple cars. When I arrived, Lorenzo had both cars I was considering detailed and waiting for me, an hour later after some quick paperwork, drove away with a Ferrari for myself and a Maserati for my wife. It was a fun day and Lorenzo made it that more special. Have also used since then for service and the attention to detail and service is stellar.

Outstanding customer service
I have used Boardwalk for many years. I have had the pleasure of working with Dan, Paul and Larry directly in the service department. I have also worked with Steve who is the service director. The staff at Boardwalk have always done an extremely good job in handling my needs. Their level of customer care is possibly some of the best I have ever seen. I recently had an issue and although I was concerned at first, they stepped up and went above and beyond to make the situation right in every way. (Thank you Steve!!) If there is any way that they can make your request become a reality, these guys will do it. You can't ask for much better.

Avoid this dealership
Looks like this boradwalk have only one person in the service (Paul) They don't have any standard pricing for parts or services They don't get back to you for your call. Unfortunately , there is no option in north Plano. Please avoid this dealership if you can

Clear bra installation
Service was great. Picked up and delivered my car. Work completed on time. People were extremely courteous and friendly. They even washed my other car before it was returned.

Coilover Install
Even though this is a Ferrari/Maserati dealership, I have my Audi serviced here. I get the service, quality and attention to detail that you would expect as a Ferrari owner at the same (or often, better) rates that I see from German automobile repair shops. With this service crew I am always confident that I get more than I asked for. They always pay attention to what I think I need and yet when my car is returned to me I"m always impressed with their attention to the little things that let me know that they went beyond what I asked.
