Bought a Cayenne turbo last year.

Bought a Cayenne turbo last year. If you buy any adds, such as an extended warranty, make sure to read details in the contract you're buying, not the shiny materials you're handed or the words the nice man making 50% commision is selling. They aren't the same. You just might end up with an expensive useless warranty that cost several thousands, and a repair the warranty doesn't cover that also cost several thousands. Then, when you call the nice man that made the commission he doesn't return calls until finally, he tells you the $4256.00 warranty purchased is "basic", so basic it literally covers nothing. Unlike what was sold on the front end, the word "comprehensive" was used. My mistake. Won't ever happen again, here. So if you're reading this and thinking to yourself, what a dummy, unfortunately, I agree.

Worked with Hunter Smith on a clean 1-owner Honda Pilot. He was easy to work with and communicated well. Felt comfortable doing business from across the country. You can trust these guys. . Nice dealer and nice inventory.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! We went twice & had our eyes on possibly purchasing multiple vehicles from them, but they wouldn’t even let us test drive a vehicle. They said they would “work with us”, but in the end, they wouldn’t really negotiate & instead of allowing us to test drive a $100k Shelby and likely fall in love with it & purchase it, they allowed us to simply walk away. It was just a massive waste of time. They say their policy is to not allow test drives until a complete agreement on price is made. Instead of a test drive being one of the first things to do, their policy is for it to be the very last thing. It makes no sense at all. We have bought several luxury and high-end vehicles from other dealerships and have never had this problem. We ended up purchasing another Shelby and they lost out on a $100,000 sale, along with likely another sale on a Porsche we had our eyes on. Based on our experience and SEVERAL other reviews, we are happy that we walked away.

Where do I start … First, the sales rep Mike Ahlas took my info to give me an appraisal on my car and never called back or provided the appraisal. After I wrote a 1 star review the GM Jonah Amos reached out to “apologize” and “make things right” by stating the “best he can do” is $500-600 discount on the car. I declined and a week later I found the same car listed for $1,000 less. How is the “best you can do” $500-$600 off then you discount the car $1,000? Poor customer service and very dishonest; I would steer clear of this dealership.

I was happy with my deal.

I was happy with my deal. Their prices are typically on the high side, but they certainly do have a good selection of higher-end vehicles. However, it was clear the vehicle I bought had not been checked mechanically by the dealership, so it seems you do not get any kind of certification or warranty with that higher price--or for that matter, the offer of a drink while you are there for a 2-3 hours working the deal! If you find a vehicle you like there, I would strongly recommend you have an independent inspection before you buy. I found a minor issue after bought the vehicle, and after a couple of emails, the sales manager called me with an offer to address my concern. I was pleasantly surprised. It certainly raised my opinion of the dealership.

Buyer Beware!

For the record, I was happy with my deal overall. Their prices are typically on the high side, but they certainly do have a good selection of higher-end vehicles. However, it was clear the vehicle I bought had not been checked mechanically by the dealership, so you do not get any kind of certification or warranty with that higher price--or for that matter, the offer of a drink while you are there for a 2-3 hours working the deal! If you find a vehicle you like there, I would strongly recommend you have an independent inspection before you buy. Like most used car dealers, once you drive off the lot, don't expect them to address any issues you find with the vehicle subsequently. They certainly did not in my case.
