Service department done quickly

Great work done quickly Everyone was very kind friendly The job was done efficiently Tire replaced car always washed Wonderful, waiting area with coffee and very clean

Longest wait times for service.

The staff is nice, but you can't make appointments for maintenance service, it's first come, first served so the wait to get an oil change is a few minutes short of eternity. The recall appointments are months out right now. Their service is just awful.

Excellent Service

Always take my car for service to this dealership and have never been disappointed yet. Everyone always pleasant and willing to help. Good waiting area.

Always great service

I have never had an issue with servicing my vehicle here. As my Pilot ages I may take it to non-dealership centers but it would be hard to come close to the level of service from the Joe Morgan Honda staff.

Great staff, great deal!

Beth Troup, saleswoman, was very helpful, knowledgeable, genuinely interested in our concerns and answered all our questions. Easily the best salesperson I every dealt with and I'm 74 and a car guy. Mike the sales manager was also 100% on point with paperwork and finance. I wish I'd gone there with my last car purchase, but I was new to the area and not up on where to shop. Now I am.

Joe Morgan Honda provides outstanding customer service. They never disappoint! They are always friendly, accommodating, and provide superb customer service. Joe Morgan is the only place I will take my Honda vehicles for service.

DAMAGE REPAIR

REPAIR WAS COMPLETED MUCH QUICKER THAN I EXPECTED AND THE REPAIR WAS EXCELLENT I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND JOE MORGA COLLISION IF YOU WANT A GREAT JOB AT A FAIR RICE.
