I went and test drive a Ford Edge and the sales guy was very personable and friendly. Loved the vehicle but was not able to get dinanced. Mike the finance manager went we at beyond to help me but it was late in the evening and lenders were gone. Mike was awesome with sharing his own experiences and gave me great advice. When my credit I proves I will be back to buy my SUV from Xclusive Motors. They are honest and straight forward and their genuine care toward their customers is what makes them the greatest used car lot in San Diego. Thanks guys! And Mike it's at 541 now. I would and will recommend this dealership to any one looking to purchase a vehicle. great bunch of guys honest and very friendly. I have purchased many vehicles over my life time. This was truly the best experience I.ve ever had at a dealership, It was truly worth the long drive out there.

I never buy used cars. I saw a photo of a beautiful, 2004 Mercedes Benz SL500 and I just stopped by to check it out. The car was immaculate. I had my mechanic check it out and he said it was one of the cleanest used cars he had ever seen, top to bottom. I had to have it! Sweetest car I have ever owned. I had a problem with the trunk. Took it back and they fixed it in 1 day- no charge. These guys stand behind their cars, are zero pressure, and it's really a pleasure to deal with them! If you are looking to drive in luxury without paying the price--this is the place.

Worst support of a car ever. They assure you the do a 60 point inspection and nothing visible is wrong with the automobile. After 3 months I took my Volvo to dealer for a check up. I was told there was an oil leak any 1st year mechanic would have noticed. Obviously it was missed here. When I tried to file a claim with the after market insurance I purchased they denied it claiming it was preexisting. After spending 2600 dollars I was able to get the situation fixed. All Alan had to iffer was he would find out how this was missed so it would not happen again

I found a car with the right color combination, specs and features I was looking for in my budget range. My first visit there was very pleasant. Allen and his staff were very friendly, professional and let me take my time inspecting the car I was interested in. Like others are reporting in their reviews, it was a no-hassle experience. Long story short, I ended up purchasing a 2015 BMW 428i Gran Coupe! This was back in August. I waited a few months before writing a review so that I could provide feedback on any mechanical issues on the car. There have been no issues or problems with the car. Also, Allen took care of all the DMV paperwork and I received my DMV registration and pink slip in the mail about two weeks after purchase. I would purchase another car from Xclusive Motors and highly recommend others to check them out.

I would like to personally say, "Thanks Allen". He responded immediately to my request via phone extremely polite and really caring regarding my concerns, and no issues no pressures, even told me he would hold the car until I get there, great people to deal with. We are negotiating on my dream car as we speak, and I know they (Allen) will definitely work with me, no doubt. We have purchased so many cars in the past but never been to any dealer like Xclusive Motors. So tired of salesman pressuring you to buy. We just bought a Mercedes Benz CLK320 from Allen and Chris and I tell you it's the most easiest and fastest transactions we've ever had. They were so kind, helpful and very accommodating. They fulfill what they promise and so easy to work with. I will highly recommend both of them. The office is kept neat and clean and they sell high quality cars. We will definitely buy again from them and as a matter of fact have asked them to look for a Porsche for my husband! You guys are the best!
