We were looking for something very specific and were incredibly fortunate that Adam and Nick had the automobile in their inventory. We had initially planned on visiting their business and looking at the car when they were closed. Much to our surprise they insisted on meeting us, so that we would have access to the car and their dealership. They are genuinely nice people, enjoy what they are doing and work hard to accommodate their customers. Like the other reviewers, we were extremely pleased with the entire transaction and the honesty and respect that are inherent in the way that they conduct their business. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

The customer service my wife and I experienced from Nick and Adam at A Unique Auto Source was second to none. They both were truly professional, very knowledgeable and their facility was very welcoming. We have had many car buying experiences in the past, but by far this was the BEST!!!! Performed some on the spot repairs after we test drove the vehicle and reported back that we had some vibrating from the front end of the vehicle. Nick ensured us that he would replace the rotors on the front axle, but he also went a little bit further by replacing the brakes as well. We will definetly be spreading the good news on this Diamond in the ruff. If your looking for a good used vehicle we recommend you stop by this company on Main Street in Albermarle, North Carolina. I have never had the priviledge of purchasing a car with this type of care and customer service. These guys are very professional, honest, and went above and beyond to make my purchase easy! They brought me the car I wanted to see, allowed me to drive it over night, and closed the loan at my desk at work! Will buy the rest of my cars there!!!

This is like no dealership you've ever been to. Because of the reviews here, I drove 2 1/2 hours from Fort Bragg to check out my Subaru. The car was in beautiful condition and drove like a dream. These guys stayed late -on a Saturday- when they weren't even open to facilitate me as that was the only possible day I could come. I was impressed they had a real answer for all my questions with documentation and promised if I had any issues in the following weeks they would work with me to get them resolved. I thought-ya that's what they all say. Shortly after, my check engine light came on and when I brought it in for a diagnostic at a Subaru dealership there were issues- not crazy, but more than I could afford to fix. I decided to give them a call and was prepared to go off the handle but was SHOCKED that they seemed embarrassed and have bent over backwards to fix all the issues. I feel like my experience was rare for them and they have lived up to their word in making good on a promise. I will -only- buy from them in the future.

Me and my wife drove 3 hrs from SC to get her 2008 BMW 550 and it was love at first site!! Customer service was fantastic, almost like we knew these guys. The car is xxxx near new condition. We sure will keep in touch with these guys for our next purchase. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a nice used vehicle, no junk around there lol
