If you are thinking of buying a car from them, run as fast and far away from this terrible company as you can!!!! This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with! The staff is rude and condescending; they lack customer service skills, and the company obviously finds value in employing such people. The employees seem to be some of the least qualified individuals in the industry. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with them because someone I know purchased a car from this dealership. They are scammers who will try to take advantage of you at every opportunity. While they may be nice during the initial vehicle purchase, their friendliness vanishes as soon as you drive off the lot. It's all a game to them. The staff talks down to customers and then has the audacity to expect respect in return. However, respect is earned, and I can assure you that Dynamic Motors does not deserve any respect or anyone's business! If you or anyone you know considers buying a car from these dishonest dealers, please inform them that regardless of their excuses, it's not worth it. They will make your life a living xxxx. When you think you've paid off the car and can finally be done with them, think again--because the joke will be on you! They will come up with every excuse and tactic to prevent you from obtaining the title to your car. I cannot emphasize enough how much of a scam and how disgusting Dynamic Motors really is!

There’re horrible mixed match tires half paint job have you paying for there insurance they are just so dam greedy they don’t care about our opinions

The agents have messed up my payments the last three times I have gone in despite explicit instructions as to how many payments ahead I want to make and how much I want added to principle. I have an excellent payment history and they insist on fighting everytime I go in to make a payment. I have submitted my updated insurance to them 3 times in the last month and they continue to use an old document and claim my insurance has lapsed. The manager has the gall to lie directly to your face and say she called the insurance agent directly. My insurance agent has told me the managers at this establishments are willful liars.

Best customer service! Theo not only gave me a full run down on the vehicle but made sure to give me a deal on the car and the shipping as well.

This by far is one of the worst dealerships I've ever dealt with! Ever! Their communication is horrible and the financial Rep Tina is very Rude! I've made several unnecessary trips to this place due to lack of communication! They don't notate your account as they should and they make excuses for their employess. They make you feel like crap! I will NEVER recommend them to anyone!

THIS IS A NICE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS. I PURCHASED A LATE MODEL FUSION WITH LOW MILEAGE THAT STILL HAD WARRANTY FROM THE FACTORY, AND DYNAMIC GAVE A FREE WARRANTY FOR 1 YEAR. THE SALESMAN WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND IMMEDIATELY PUT ME AT EASE. HE DID NOT TRY TO SALE ME ON ANY ONE CAR. HE DID POINT OUT A FEW CARS THAT HE LIKED IN MY PRICE RANGE. I WILL RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. D. GARTICA
