HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I am writing as a loyal customer with three vehicles purchased and serviced through Don Hatton Chevrolet in Park City, including a Chevy 2500 Z71 from April 2025, a used Mercedes from August 2025, and a Duramax 5500 Entourage. I have encountered several unresolved issues. First, I was required to purchase a $799 paint protection plan that couldn’t be removed from the bill of sale. Now, the paint protection on my Mercedes is peeling, and I’m told it’s not covered. Second, I was promised unlimited car washes with all vehicles, but after a few washes, that promise was rescinded. Finally, for my 2024 Duramax 5500 Entourage, a simple fuse box cover was broken and is not being covered under warranty.

Claudia gave awesome service and was very patient. We were browsing after our vehicle was totaled. Claudia went with us to look at a different vehicle during a test drive and was patient explaining different features and going through financing. Would definitely recommend!

Claudia was amazing helping find the truck I was looking for! The process was easy, but there was a problem with the gas pump. They got it fixed right away and I have been enjoying my truck!

Extremely disappointed with experience. I live a couple hours away so I tried doing as much as I could remotely. I had several vehicles picked out amd filled out credit app ahead of time. However they never would give me any finance or payment information. They just told me when I made it in to their location not to worry it would work itself out. When I did make it there I didn't see any of the vehicles we discussed. They told me I had one option it was an4 cylinder vehicle take it or leave it. It was am absolute waste of my time.

The service department is the worst.
The service department is the worst. I took my vehicle to them because I was getting intermittent vibration (not through the steering wheel). It was a known problem with the transmission. GM has a service bulletin regarding the issue. I had a second issue that the water temperature senor was intermittently failing and need to be replaced. I made the appointment on-line and made arrangements to drop the vehicle off the day before. The service advisor took my keys and made some notes about the issue. The next day I received a call from a different service advisor asking why my vehicle was parked at their property. I explained the situation, and he indicated he would get back to me. Later that day he called telling me I need new front tire. I asked what that has to do with the vibration from the transmission. I was assured the tires being replaced would be the same type. Re responded that they could not do any diagnosis until the front tires are replaced. This sounded like purse xx, but I told then to proceed. The next day I got a call from them stating I need new shock absorbers and some other front-end parts. I asked why they did not inspect these items prior to replacing the front tire. I did not get a response. Again, I asked about the transmission. And, once again I was told they could not proceed with the diagnosis until these items were fixed. The estimated repairs were $12,000+. None of which would have fixed the transmission vibration. I then asked about replacing the water temperature senor. He proceeded to tell me I need a new thermostat and radiator flush. Not wanting to be complexly fleeced, I picked up the vehicle. The next day I received a text asking if wanted to proceed with any of the repairs they recommended. I asked how that would fix the transmission problem? I then asked if any of the items were covered under my extended warranty. I provide the service advisor with the account number and phone number to call for approval. I made the request four times, but he never responded. I have noticed that the tire they installed were not the same as the Duratrac II tires I have. They installed original Duratrec tires which are inferior to the current model. These guys are nothing but crooks and engage in bait and switch, along with string you along for as long as you are able to pay the bill.
