This was the worst experience ever. I bought a car from them and had it sent to me state. The car was leaking oil and other things. They claimed that they would get the items fixes as i only had the car 2 weeks. They made an appointment at me local jeep dealer. When my local jeep dealer called McCuskey and tols them the price to fix everything they refused to answer my call of my local jeep dealer calls moving forward. I still have not heard from them. Im in the process of getting a lawyer with hopes that ill be driving a car with no issues in the near future. Dont ever buy from them. Especially if you live out of state and cant pull up to deal with issues. McCluskey is the worst!!! Don't do it. McCluskey make it right and ill change this review.

this place is a joke.....worst customer service .....sell a car with less than 10000 miles and paint is messed up, odd tires....refuse to repair tire. paint is a mess..rude people.....\\\\\ would not recommend this facility

What great service! Rodney went above the job to help us get the truck we wanted! Even came in on his day off to help us. I'll definitely be back to work with him. By far the best experience we ever had in buying a vehicle. Go see Rodney! You won't be disappointed!

I came in convinced I wouldn't actually leave with what I wanted. But, Rodney found literally everything I wanted in a new car, for the price range I wanted, and the amount I wanted to put down on it. He did an amazing job!

They lied about the whole process they hit my credit hard they never asked to do it so know I have to wait 2 years just so I can buy a truck they lie to push there money in there pocket

Poor very poor Customer service! Shop elsewhere ! If your credit is Not up to power stay away they dont treat you with respect . Greedy bunch.

I looked at several Ford F-150's and they were all way over priced. Looked at one for sale right now that is a 2005 with 127,000 miles on it and they want almost $16,000 for it and that doesn't even include tax, title and license. Ended up buying one from a Ford dealer on the West side that is a 2007 F-150 with 91,000 miles on it for $13,600 OUT THE DOOR. Nothing about this dealer is lower prices or lower rates.

This is my first truck that I've bought from the McCluckey dealership on Colerain Ave. I bought from them because I wanted a vehicle that would be reliable for my family. The vehicle I got from them has been anything but. From the day I drove it off the lot my check engine light has been on. I've taken it back to them and the car repair people that they recommended. It is now 5 months later and I'm still dealing with issues that should have been taken care of during their "inspection". I've called the manager at the dealership to no avail on more than one occasion. As it stands now I am paying a car note on a car that I cannot drive. My check engine light has never went off despite the numerous times I've had it repaired. I've missed days at work. They have done nothing to rectify the situation. I am writing this at the encouragement of my girlfriend because me writing this is the best thing for me to do without going to jail. Needless to say I am very angry and disgusted with this dealership.
