I could not have been treated better; this is the third vehicle we bought in Twin at the same dealership, but different name now. The staff were all extremely helpful, did not pressure me AT ALL; they asked if I was sure that was the vehicle I wanted and suggested others. Brian Neitzke was very professional in all his dealings and I so enjoyed his company when he came to pick me up to go get my vehicle. Everyone I met was exceptionally helpful, and I definitely would recommend others to check with Brian if they are buying over the internet or in person, before looking elsewhere. Once again, it was a pleasure doing business with Rob Green Automotive Group.

I was able to get what I needed.
This is to thank Mr. Rob Green. It was such a pleasure to work with the owner on the issue's I had with my 1/2 ton sierra 1500 SLE. He stepped in and got me into what I needed for my work. I was able to trade in the 1/2 ton for a new 2015 Sierra 2500HD SLE which is able to do what I needed. I would recommend anyone I know that is looking for a new ride to see Mr. Green 1st, now that he is at his Twin Falls location. He can get you together with the right sells person to take care of your needs. I would also recommend Daryl Lage he was very helpful in this also.

REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE
I SAW THE EXACTCAR I WANTED ON CARS.COM....HOWEVER, IT WAS LOCATED IN IDAHO AND I LIVE IN CALIFORNIA........BRAUC CALLED ME...TOLD ME THE CAR WAS IN GREAT CONDITION. I ASKED THAT HE SEND THE THE CAR REPORT BUT I NEVER DID .( HAD HE DONE THAT, I WOULD HAVE NEVER GONE TO SEE THE CAR)....SO BRAUC ASKED THAT I GIVE A "DEPOSIT TO HOLD THE CAR" UNTIL I COULD COME TO SEE IT THE NEXT WEEK..WELL, WHEN MY SON AND I GOT THERE, THE CAR WAS FAR FROM "GOOD CONDITION". IN FACT, IT HAD BEEN IN A COLLISION, AS EVIDENCED BY THE CAR REPORT THAT BRAUC NEVER SENT ME. THE DAMAGE WAS EVIDENT AS THE THINGS THAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED WERE DONE VERY POORLY. AND THE CAR, WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CLEANED UP WAS, IN FACT NOT......SO I OBVIOUSLY DID NOT BUY IT. FURTHERMORE,THEY WERE GOING TO KEEP THE MONEY I HAD PAID TO HOLD THE CAR ($500). THEY CALLED IT A "PARTIAL PAYMENT"(I WAS NOT TOLD THAT IT WAS TO BE NON-REFUNDABLE), WHICH WAS WEIRD BECAUSE I HAD NEVER SIGNED A THING!!..SO IT WAS AN OVERNIGHT, EXPENSIVE, VERY LONG TRIP TO SEE A CAR THAT WAS NOT AS HAD BEEN REPRESENTED TO ME.

Everyone there treated me amazing! Brauc Bivens was my car dealer and he was absolutely great the entire time. He heard everything that I wanted and showed me and I got what I wanted! He had great customer service with me and I would defiantly go back every time it need a car I was completely satisfied with my experience there!

Good out of the Gate Slow on follow through
We were looking for a Nissan Armada found one on CARS.com 3 hours away, called Rob Green let them know we would drive in to look at it. Got there Tray the salesman was great, however the armada looked like someone just had a picnic in it, it was filthy inside and out. We also looked at a Nissan work van it was also filthy both cars had broken arm rests and were not ready to be shown to anyone. Took the armada for a test drive the wife loved it. Was able to work a deal (took way to long though). Car was delivered as promised 5 days later clean and pretty. Tray showed my wife how to operate the options and was again great. It was still missing a trim piece on the armrest which they said they would get right out to us. After many phone calls and emails to 4 different people we finally did receive the part by mail a month later (cost me $1.33 in shipping). All in all it took us 9 hours (6 driving time) to seal the deal and we are happy with the Armada. I feel they should not have put an ad in for a car if it was broken, dirty and not ready to be shown. Side note: the lift gate broke 5 days after buying the car took it to local Nissan dealer to repair

Very accomodating, worked w/ me on pricing of service, timely in completing service, service person explained everything to my satisfaction, explained upcoming mantenance that they recommend, service person very knowledgeable and friendly, felt they put me the customer first

Great Service
I had to have my transmission hoses replaced. My truck is a 2007 with only 18,785 miles on it. the repairs were $745 I am on a on a fixed income. Thought it was expensive Asked Cody about a senior discount he gave me 5%. Which helped. Other than that all was well. Thanks for Senior discount Cody.
