I spoke to Jose over the phone, and was very surprised by his great customer service skills, even just over the phone! I've been looking around at different dealerships, and didn't quite feel confident until I came across auto city. Luckily, they had just what I wanted and I was able to give them business. I've already recommended them to several friends, and I truely hope they give auto city, specifically Jose, the business they/he deserves. Not once did I feel like I was being pushed, pressured, or uncomfortable about the situation. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, and Jose definitely treated me with respect and had great customer service. I will definitely be a loyal customer (though I hope not anytime soon! Haha) Five stars, this place rules! I walked in to take a look at a few cars I had seen on the website in person. I was approached by Jose and was greeted with a smile, and very relaxed and positive vibe. Definitely not pushy like a lot of other salesmen are. He let me do my thing and get a look at all the cars I wished to look at. I decided on a Kia optima and am extremely happy with it. Jose is definitely someone to work with if you decide to come to auto city for your next car. Very informative, very relaxed and efficient, and most importantly, very friendly.
