New vehicle listed without pictures and requested pictures. Told was being serviced and not on lot. Would send pictures 'as soon as it comes back'. No response after a week. Emailed/checked website and vehicle is no longer listed. Common curtesy if sale already pending and pictures were not necessary. Fine if vehicle sold, but will no longer look into dealer or recommend.

My husband had been looking for a truck to fit our budget for over two months. As you know trucks are very much in demand so that means you pay more. Well we stopped in at Tim Newman's Best Buy on a Friday around 430pm. Mind you they close at 6. We found a truck took it for a test drive. We ended up purchasing it and they stayed open an hour later just to make sure my husband drove it home that very same same day. Everyone played a part in our purchase. The staff worked very well together as well. We were very pleased overall with our experience and my husband loves his truck. Thank you
