We want to recognize the excellent customer service we received during our recent purchase. Our Sales consultant, Sam Hamaydeh, was a real pro. Sam was friendly, a good listener, and made sure we were the most important client in the showroom. We had a similar experience with Finance Manager Ruben Rodriguez, another pro who made the purchase of the vehicle seamless. If you purchase a new or used car at Ancira Kia, I strongly recommend reaching Sam and Ruben. The best duo in the business.

Made a deal for new Kia Sorento overthe internet, and

Made a deal for new Kia Sorento overthe internet, and went to the dealership to close the deal, We were 3000 off after The final proposal was presented mainly because of the dealer added items not mentioned during negations to that point. They had finalized there evaluation of my trade to arrive at the final number. The offer was ok but low according to KBB. I made and offer and the sales person left with it and came back with the sales manager who advised he could not meet my offer, he then dragged out another printed paper to expalen all his costs. I told hiw I was not interested in his presented only wanted to make a deal. I left and that is when the bizarre stuff started. I received and e-mail from the General Manager asking how my visit went so I told him. He then returned and e-kail with and offer I would except not exactly what I wanted but close. Sales man then called me a ask me to come right over so we could close the deal. Forty mile drive each way from the dealership. I arrived and started filling out the paperwork, and in the middle of this another gentleman came in and told me they had just sold the car I was closing the deal on. Told me higher management had made a special deal on that car so they could no longer had thee car. They told me that the exact car waw going to be replaced by another one from the area. I was told it was on the way. Started again to fill out the paper work including filling out the loan paper work and getting the title transfer started on the new Vin#. Then it was reveled that the car would not arrive until The next day Saturday and they would deliver it to my home. Saturday after repeated calls to the sales man no response about the car. Finally sent a note to the GM asking what was going on. Almost immediately Got a call from the dealership telling me the car had arrived and could be delivered today. I then ask if all the dealer installed adders were installed. Answer no but I could bring it back and have that done. Again I told them we had made a deal with all of that work done. They said it could not be done on Saturday but surly by Tuesday of the next week. Again on the phone with the Finance manager and ask him if he would get involved, I needed the car for a trip in Monday. The car did finally arrive at 1 o'clock on monday.

Bought my first mini-van (KIA Carnival) from Ancira.

Bought my first mini-van (KIA Carnival) from Ancira. If I ever buy another KIA again, I almost certainly will buy from Ancira. The experience was easy, no pressure. My salesperson, Dillon, took his time and patiently showed me every vehicle I was considering. And it didn't take unnecessarily long to finish the paper work. Overall just a very positive experience.

Don't go here, these people are crooks.

Don't go here, these people are crooks. My wife and I took my 2019 Kia Sorento in to be diagnosed to see if it coud be repaired under the specifics of a class action lawsuit as of 2023 against Hyundai and Kia. My wife initially made an appointment and did her best to explain the issue with the vehicle. When I took it in, I made sure to ask very clear and concise questions and to fix the info about why our vehicle is being looked at. Not only did they not change the issue of why it's being looked at to be accurate, they are using the terminology under which it was entered to charge me for a diagnostic. They neglected to inform me that even if the diagnostic revealed that it was oil consumption, that they wouldn't be able to help me because we need a letter from Kia Corporate in order to address that issue. The information given to me after asking the very clear and concise question "Will this issue be covered if the diagnostics reveal it to be the issue?" they replied "Yes." I then proceeded to ask "And if it's not covered?" they replied, "It would be a diagnostic fee of $179." They neglected to inform me that my issues of oil consumption and engine knocking were two seperate diagnosing issues at the time of checking in even though I let them know that I thought they could be caused by the same issue. When the advisor informed me that the price would be $179 if it wasn't covered I thought it to be fair. I now come to find out they not only tricked me into signing a document that stated the 2 issues were seperte matter and I would actually owe $358 if it wasn't covered, they tricked me into checking it in in the first place because I would've never checked it in if they told me my they wouldn't have been able to help me with my issue anyways if I didn't have a letter from Kia Corporate. They intentionally led me astray to steal money from me and when I let them know this, they said "Well you signed the document so there's nothing we can do." They "kindly" offered to knock off one of the diagnostic fees but are still demanding the other fee even though it was garnered with misleading information. Key take away, don't trust these people. They are not people of their word and they won't blink twice lying to your face.

Staff was super friendly and helpful despite the fact that I was having a bad day due to an unexpected situation with my vehicle. My sales associate went above and beyond to get my vehicle serviced in a timely manner and even knocked off the price of the service.
