My daughter purchased her first vehicle here. They place the prices at below average to get you in the door. Then they add unnecessary fees to that price which brings your total back to MSRP. These added fees are not listed on the invoice! They are very charismatic and talk fast. When I began asking questions one gentleman tried to put me out and told me I could not review the paperwork they had on the added fees. The manager apologized and came over to explain the fees that were written on a scrap paper (which I believe they just made up because it took him so long to come back with that piece of paper after I requested to see it despite him telling me that he did not have to show it to me. Tried to get me out the room so he could talk to my daughter alone! No way! Watch out for them these fees pad the price and their pockets!

The experience I’ve endured here was so horrible. My time was wasted. And the promote nothing but false advertisement schemes to get customers in. This place is bad business. And even if you come in with a pre qualified loan, they’ll try and find a way to squeeze extra money out of you with other terrible banks. Be careful. Skip the headaches. And don’t bother to look at google! They try and stop negative reviews from happening. And the 4 stars are from friends and family. Because that place is really bad.

Advertise one price and then when you call they tell double the amount and say it's an error. It's hard to understand an error more than once.

I went in after an accident left me carless. Sam who picked up my application online was very professional, helpful and did everything he could to make my experience a great one. I appreciate all the staff who also was not pushy and helped me instead of treating me as if I did not matter.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! THEY ARE CONMEN!!! They LIED about the price, had me sign multiple papers and jacked up the price by almost 10,000. I signed for a warranty, didn't get it. I signed for GAP insurance, didn't get it . I just suffered a brain injury two days before Christmas, and they saw me as a mark. I had no money to put down, so they LIED and FALSIFIED the contract to state that I put down $4200...???!!! These xxxxxxxx have NO MORALS, NO CONCERN FOR THE LAW AND SHOULD BE IN JAIL!!!!

Misleading and false advertisement. They list the car price at Cars.com $4-5 k less and when you call they will tell you totally outrageous numbers. Be careful buyers

This place is deceitful. Be very careful. They advertise low price then pull a scam. They say the advertised price is for enlisted service members only.

Bad experience there. No sale made. They seemed interested only in buyers who were quickie sale or last chance. Not helpful. Couldn't figure out why they didn't want my money.

I saw a price online and when I went in, they jacked the price up by $2,000 with fees like the “document fee” which was $500 which is basically them making copies of your paperwork.....ridiculous! Clearly a bait and switch scam they have going on there.

This was one of the worst buying experience of my life. First, they raised the price two thousand . Than they tried to rip me off proposing outrageous financing, even anyway I told them I'll pay in full. Scam and dishonest.
