If you value your life and those of your loved ones, stay
If you value your life and those of your loved ones, stay FAR, FAR away. I have had a mechanic who is willing to testify confirm that J-Lin Motors committed fraud. 1. They put a 2024 battery sticker on an old battery. The cells in the battery were bad. Just enough for a test drive and a regular day of driving and the battery died revealing the true age and condition of the “brand new” battery along with other issues with the vehicle. 2. They cleared computer codes indicating the computer had very extensive and expensive catastrophic problems without actually fixing the issues. These particular computer errors could have caused me to lose control of the car at any time which could have cost me my life, or worse caused me to take the life of someone else. The computer is so messed up, the vehicle will run without even being connected to the battery, but will no longer start. When it did run, it was hardly getting any power and could not get up to speed with traffic. This started about 72 hours after I purchased the vehicle. When I called Fred to inform him I was aware of what they had done and offered him a very generous opportunity to fix the issue, he asked me to hold. He promptly disconnected the call and blocked me. When I texted him from another phone asking if he was willing to accept my very generous offer to make things right, he ignored the text and blocked that number too. If you have experience similar issues, I encourage you to get in touch with me. I have a few people very interested to understand why this continues to happen with customers of J-Linn motors and who would like to know why the sale of unsafe vehicles and lemons is being allowed here. Wonderful experience
Fred is a very professional and friendly person and very calm attitude was there for hours me and my son purchased a car with low mileage and the staff was very awesome in the office we had a great experience and do recommend this car lot if you're looking for a good and reliable vehicle.

I went there one day looking for a car and this man asked me my budget after I told him he said, "You are not the kind of person to buy a car." I thought that was not nice and I left.

Check every detail and get the car inspected!
I was shopping for a used car in December, 2021. Met with Fred (he was fair and seemed very honest) and found a car that fit our needs, a 2013 Nissan Rogue. The car is decent, but we realized it was missing a radiator cap. Spoke to Fred and they replaced the radiator cap so we could drive the car for a test drive and not blow fluid out the radiator. We bought it cash, and headed out. Down the road two miles, the light for the passenger seat airbag turned on, and we realized it was missing a radio know. We returned the next morning and spoke with "Dave", and he said..."too bad", once you pay and cross that white line on the edge of the road, you're on your own". This is bush league, and rediculous. An honest dealer would have helped us get it buttoned up and we'd be telling everyone to visit when looking for a car. Two simple fixes we didn't catch in the dark, right at closing time. Bad business my man... you should be better than that! If you shop here, insist on working with Fred.

Never Buy from J-Linn Auto
Never Buy from this place! Ray is a typical car sales woman who told us he was going to have a keyless remote made and then the next day said to bad. He hung up on us several times and screamed profanity. Ray said he is a war veteran and that he would fight anyone who showed up asking for something he had to take out of his commission. He made my mother cry and said deal with it because there is nothing we can do about it.

Happy customer of a Ram 1500 from Port St lucie
I did some internet shopping and found this 2005 dodge ram 1500 truck online. I asked Fred to hold this as I was driving 3 hours from port st lucie, FL. Made arrangements, made the trip, and made the buy!! I was never pressured and he was down to earth. It's been about three months and I have had Zero problems. Took it to my mechanic whom has 23 years of experience to get a 10 dollar sensor replaced. He looked at and said you bought a beast of a truck!! I am a very happy customer!

Stay away from this dealership
I purchased a Ford Focus & the radio wasn't working & I was told I could get an after market one put in for around $100, I got a quote from Best Buy for over $1K. I also had to have break pads installed, a new battery. Plus I need tires. I was told they inspected the car, which they couldn't have because it needed front breaks, new battery, tires & aimp module.
