After going to multiple car dealerships, I found myself at the Easton Ford Dealership. Honestly I was overwhelmed by the past few days trying to select a vehicle and feeling that I was going to be pushed to choose something from a dealer just "trying to make a sale." This dealership was different. I was greeted warmly with smiles from everyone. When I told them I was just looking, I was given space and time. All the sales personnel at all levels were respectful and friendly. I think they could tell I was on overload mode. My salesman Josh F was more than helpful and accommodating while trying to figure out exactly what I needed and what I could afford. He spent careful detail and time working with me to make sure I knew all my options. I even took a car over the weekend to try out, it ended up I was comfortable, but wasn't exactly the right one. The next day Josh called and said he found just the right one, and it was! I was so impressed with their staff and selection, I refer anyone looking for a vehicle, new or used to go to Easton Ford - ask for Josh - he'll definitely take care of you! When deciding to go into the Hertrich Ford in Easton to just look around a sales women approached me, we started talking about a vehicle I was looking at but knew it was impossible for me to afford a new car let alone a used car . To come to my surprise she found me a car I liked that was used and low likes ,all the managers where great and very understanding to my situation and made it possibe to buy the car . Needless to say thank you so much Heather R and the rest if the head department I will be coming back and referring this dealership and Heather R. Thanks a lot see you guys in the near future.

My experience was great with the ford dealership in easton Maryland. I came over fro The western shore to look for a new truck and I got exactly what I was looking for. Thanks to Josh Focht for making it a great experience. He spent all day making sure I got the right truck.
