Our experience was everything we could have hoped for. While my wife waited inside out of the heat, I was able to check out several different makes and models to find the one which best fit our requirements without any pressure whatsoever. When we located the best candidate, my wife and I were both able to test drive it as long as we felt necessary to be comfortable with our decision. All of our questions were answered very professionally and thoroughly. We were not delayed any more than was necessary to secure the financing and the final sign off process went very smoothly. Purchasing a vehicle at Chevrolet of Puyallup was an experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle. I wasn't expecting to purchase a vehicle, but after being welcomed to visit the dealer on a Saturday afternoon, I ended up purchasing a vehicle that I was not initially contemplating to own. No other dealership took the time to call me and welcome me to view vehicles. The salesman, Mr. Bruce Houghton, listed to exactly what I wanted and my needs for a vehicle. He respectfully advised me and was open to any feedback without being in any hurry. Within less than two hours, I was driving away happy and in the vehicle that I would have never initially thought of but after Mr. Houghton taught me about, understood that this was the vehicle I was needed and looking for the entire time. On Sunday 7-6-14, we bought a 2014 Equinox. Randy was a great salesman to work with, very friendly, knowledgable and willing to work with us to find the specific model that we wanted, down the the right color. We arrived with the intention of buying slighly used (2011-2012) and Randy never pressured us into upgrading like most salesman do. During the process, my husband and I figured out that it would be a good idea to look at all options, so it wasn't until we brought it up that Randy starting showing us 2014 models - we appreciated that very much. Randy answered our all of our questions, made us feel welcome and comfortable and even gave us a new model to take out to lunch while we discussed all of our options, trying to make the final decision. The Salesperson, Ron Brooks was very informed regarding the specific of the vehicle we purchased. Ron was also very insightful to know when to assist and when to step back. The buying experience was very relaxed and stress free. As we took delivery we felt good in knowing how to operate this new computer on wheels, Ron went over everything.
