New car lease experience
I arrived Saturday morning ready to check out a couple lease vehicles within a price range that had previously been discussed with the Salesman and myself. We were greeted by an enthusiastic gentleman before we even exited our vehicle. Soon after, we were test driving a vehicle they had selected, another we found desirable, and lastly, another vehicle they proposed. After test driving, they tossed an offer out, but I didn't want to make a decision that day. The salesman pressed for a reply and I said, "let me grab lunch and think about it". The dealership offered to purchase our lunch and we returned with fully bellies ready to sign new lease paperwork. I had no plan to purchase a car that day but I had been looking for a new car for a month. Everything feel into place, I didn't feel too pressured, and I was pleased with the car and my monthly payment. I had been to several other dealerships and this was a painless experience.

oil change
When I originally called to schedule service I got voice mail and nobody called me back so I called again and then got a person...I scheduled two weeks in advance and it took an hour for oil change and tire rotation...i do understand you were down a service tech but maybe when this happens you should reschedule people so it doesn't put you so far behind.

Proud and happy return customer
I had my Ford Edge serviced recently at Cole-Ford. I am a return customer as I have purchased four vehicles and had all my service work performed at this dealership. I feel Ford manufacturing does an excellent job creating their vehicles, and Cole-Ford service is unmet in superior maintenance and repair enhanced by their friendly, courteous and knowledgeable personnel. Oil change/tire rotation/exterior wash
Service manager was very professional and the service was perform quickly. They also wash and hand dry the vehicle.

Excellent Experience
My salesperson, Eric did and great job answering my questions about the vehicle and explained everything clearly during the sales process. I got a beautiful new Truck and a great deal! With the high level of attention I received during the sale, I plan on using them for the service work as well.
