The sales associate was great but the time it took to finalize the paperwork was ridiculous. I was there for almost 4 hours. Finance was really nice too. It was the time it took for the sales associate to talk to a manager. The sales associate has to wait on the manager every time. I bought cars from Honda and Ford it never took more than an hour to complete.

This was a pleasant experience..I came in not very hopeful that it would be possible to drive out with my awesome ROGUE..Bessie made it happen..Most pleasant car buying experience ever! May God bless them!
