Arsh and Imran (head mechanic) saved me when I was in a pinch. Motor almost seized up on a car I bought at a separate dealer. They took my car in, cleaned out the drive belt that ended up in the engine and put me back on the road. Great service and amazing knowledge. Simply the Best! Was aced out on an Acura TSX that I had test drove, but was enamored by an Acura RDX which they had on the lot. the buying experience was flawless, once I had my heart set on the prize. Negotiations did not have the typical dealership inflationary spiral that increases the out of pocket experience.. This buying experience, instead, was more inline with the fun of racing, streamlined , efficient, reminiscent of that thrill of a screaming Ferrari reminiscent of the Lemans race track (and not the stereo-typical practiced Dealership Sales techniques that align more with the Lemaze methodology of child birth, and the practiced breathing, and eventual crying that goes into that.)

In my 35 years of car shopping/buying/selling (roughly 20 cars), I have never gotten the quality of service, clarity and responsiveness I received from EMC. I let them know I was looking and shared some ideas about what I had in mind (car & price). They explained what they had and provided all the info I needed. The car was exactly as explained, no surprises, and no games. We agreed it was the right car for me and they gave me a great price. In fact, they offered to help me find a set of snow tires and rims for the Chicago weather. They did not have to do this and they went above and beyond. I would recommend any serious car buyer to check with them. They know their cars, they know the business and are straight forward when answering questions. I intend to work with them - why change when you're dealing with the best?
