Purchased a used Subaru from John in early December-couldn't be happier! Not only was it low mileage & rust free, his mechanic performed the maintaince & repairs that I was otherwise expecting to have to deal with myself in the next few years. There has been a couple extremely cold, snowy treks we've been on so far & without an issue in sight. Very grateful for a reliable car for a good price!

Looked at a nice used vehicle that was exactly as described and priced appropriately for the condition and mileage. I ended up passing on the vehicle only because it was outside of my budget, but the experience with John was a good one.

Pleasant experience four years ago with first purchase. Needed to replace wife's mini-van. John had what we needed in our budget. Four years and 62k latter still enjoying a good ride. Last month decided to replace my SUV. Shop around on line looking nothing happening. So I say to myself let's go check out John at Action Auto. He had two of vehicles almost within my budget and lower millage than what I was finding on the web. After a little back and forth we came to an agreement.

I looked far and wide to find the vehicle for me and drove nearly 200 miles to Action Auto. Not only was I incredibly impressed with the condition of the vehicle I test drove but also the staff. They had gone through the truck thoroughly to make sure it was safe & would last a long time. The owner, John, went above and beyond to help get me in my dream car in no time for a reasonable price. Can't thank them enough. If you're looking for any variety of well maintained vehicle, look no further. These guys know what they're doing and do it with a great sense of humor and a helping hand. I'm now the proud owner of an immaculate older Tacoma and it was all thanks to Action Auto.

Dealing with John during the process of finding & buying a vehicle is very convenient in terms of availability and at the same time also very compromising. I was looking for somewhat of a sedan type car with 4 doors that would be roomy enough to fit 5 people total in the car if need be. The process only took 4 days & John, as always delivered to me a Buick Century that I love and am still driving to this day. In terms of financing payments he made it possible even though I was out of state for a while after the deal was final. I didn't even feel as though I had to keep calling John to see how the process of finding me a car was going, instead John called me when he had a good idea in mind and gave me plenty to vehicles to choose from. Shopping at action auto made buying a car easy, quick, an financially less burdensome.

John is a great guy to buy a used car from. He is fair and kind and not pushy at all. He seems laid back about the experience which puts a person at ease. At the same time, he is very knowledgeable and helpful. He really took away any of my worries and made our interaction very comfortable. Not to mention, I love my vehicle and purchased it for a good price!

John Was a complete stand up guy and gave me a great deal on a 2007 Toyota Tacoma, He gave me the straight deal on the condition of my trade in and was completely open to finding the beast way for me to get the most value for my used truck that hade major frame issues, I would not hesitate to send friend or family in need of a used vehicle to see John.

I was looking for a BMW coupe, for my first car. Action Automotive had just what I wanted! I had called and made an appointment to see the car and John was very nice on the phone and was very informative and professional. He answered all my questions and was a huge help. I then went to the dealership to see the car and it was just as he described, in excellent condition! We negotiated a great deal, I only had limited funds for my first vehicle and he made it happen. Very smooth buying experience made me feel comfortable and I would recommend Action Automotive to anyone looking to buy a quality good used vehicle! John is great! He followed up to make sure everything is good with the car and that I was happy

I saw a vehicle I liked and I have a upside-down car loan. John barely asked me for any information but when he found out how much I owed on my trade-in, he just said no. He wasn't willing to work with me or anything, wasn't willing to try to help me fix my situation, didn't even ask my how much I could pay. The office area was a mess. Obviously they don't want to sell cars to just anyone and don't want to help anyone who is trying to better their vehicle situation.

First of all im not sure where all these great reviews come from. I guess I wasnt so lucky to have such a wonderful experience as most others on here. I regret ever going to John and would suggest taking a pass if your looking for a car that wont blow up in month!
