I recommend auto connection to anyone in need of purchasing a vehicle. My experience was great. The entire staff were excellent in helping me with financing a vehicle and the service was fantastic. It's worth the drive to Manassas, VA.

If you live in Maryland DO NOT waste your time. Auto connection have a lack of communication between the loan officers in Richmond VA and the Manassas loan officers. My daughter received a call from a loan officer telling her she had approve for a x Car with a co-signer. A loan officer will call you to say, "You approved for a vehicle." You can already tell them your situation and they would say you still approved come and get your car, we approved by pay stub and not credit. The cars on the lot look like lemon cars. You travel 1 hour and 14 minutes (depending on traffic from Maryland) just to arrive at the dealer to say, "You don't approved for a vehicle when telling my daughter had approve. Somehow they switched up the paper work to make it seems like I'm buying the car instead of being the co-signer. I felt like the loan officer Tony lied. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE.

I brought a nice car. I like it. But after a week of having the car my check engine lights comes on. The Machanic there hasn’t fixed it. Was telling me he couldn’t find the part I found the part in Maryland and they still was giving me the runaround about getting the part pick up. I wouldn’t go back or recommend another person.
