People please shop somewhere else for a car I haven’t had my car two months before it broke down cause of the Cadillac converter and the emissions was just done two months before I purchased the car so that let’s u know they are paying someone to do they emissions to pass them they won’t do anything about it not even fix it or nothing I urge you to shop somewhere else if u want good quality cars

They wouldn’t even wash my van. It had a horrible smell. I was driving home and it started skipping on the highway then the check engine light came on. And the VSA LIGHT. IM SO WORRIED I BOUGHT A LEMON. Joyce B.

Run run for your life had my car six months motor went out man said he couldn’t help but think I’m pose to pay 1800 for a motor an still make car payments then said if I wanna trade it in I gotta have a lot of money 3000 I wouldn’t give ya rip off artists another xxxx penny an I contacted my lawyer today do not go here period

Just left the location onMt Zion & wanted to view the inside of a vehicle . There is an associate named JR there that was short, rude, & his disposition was unnecessary. Couldn't quite understand his demeanor which caused me to reconsider moving forward . I can't explain why he was nasty but the.man needs a.course on customer.service.

Gwinnett CDJR took care of me by doing service on the car and a courtesy oil change. They even replaced the rear brake pad and performed emission on the vehicle.

Avoid this place if you can! They do not help you! They are helping themselves by selling masked lemons as is! No grace period nothing! Purchased vehicle 2/5/24 had engine and cooling system issues by 2/25/24. Stuck paying for an overpriced lemon that does not drive.

This dealership only care about a sale even if the car sold could put the buyer's life in jeopardy. Then the staff shows 0 sympathy or empathy for their lack of ethics and morals.

This dealership said no. And the 499 down forget it. They wanted $3000. They didn't give a second thought. And the car I was trying to go for was totally overpriced. Don't believe the height.
