great service

The service department was great. I was in and out of the dealership in about 45 minutes. The service was a lot quicker than I expected.

Routine maintenance

Just had my car serviced at the dealership where it was purchased and it was an easy morning. The oil change and check up were done very quickly and I was on my way.

Clean and efficient!

David Gonzalez was helpful and knowledgeable. I was disappointed that the necessary parts were not already ordered, and that they had to come from Charlotte the next day. Cost was much more than I was expecting, since all that was necessary was to open the hatchback trunk. which was "unopenable" for severable days. This was not the first time this had happened, and I brought the Encore to service twice before. fot this problem

everyone helpful and friendly

Michael Taylor was our salesperson. Very helpful and knowledgeable. He took us to see all the stock. And after we purchased our car he had it ready to drive away in, in an hour. I never expected that. I thought we would have to wait till Monday.

Great dealer

Service department gives thorough attention to issues

I had an appointment and Jim Ellis Service was timely and attentive to the issues. While some would not replicate while in the shop, they tried and have given me good direction should they occur again.

Oil change

Excellent service, no bad attitude, and they offer Lyft which can take you home and pick you up when your vehicle is ready. Free of charge. Overall great experience.

A welcome change from the humdrum

I had to take my company truck in for some recall work and assumed I would waste half of my day sitting in a packed waiting area with recycled air, Muzak and screaming babies but I was wrong. I was a little early for my appointment but the staff got me right in and I was directed to wait in either the very nice waiting room OR the theater room with the big leather recliners and ESPN on the projector screen... I chose the latter of course. I was also pointed to where the free snacks and beverages were and told to make myself at home. At this point I almost hoped that the repairs were going to take forever but my vehicle was unfortunately ready in just over half an hour and I was forced to go back to the real world. This is a whole different league above what I have come to expect from a service department.
