I have purchased vehicles through Malloy Ford of Winchester over 5 times now. Every time, I have a great experience. This time, I was fortunate enough to work with Audrey and Steve. Steve started us off and got all of our paperwork squared away and Audrey showed us what was available. Audrey is very knowledgeable and was a straight up person. In my mind, during the car buying process, I want someone that’s going to be honest with me and not play games. Audrey and Steve were great and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Personal Situation Friendly
This dealership exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond. Given the current circumstances with Covid19, being over 70 miles away and with a pregnant wife at home, they managed to work my deal over the phone, deliver my vehicle and process all the paperwork minimizing the exposure to people or places that could be at risk. oil change
I made an appointment for oil change. A recall came up on computer that I was never notified about. He explained that they would reprogram that to insure that was taken care of & change oil. I was pleasantly surprised in only one hour it was ready. all done. THANKS for fast service.
