Bought a Honda, Jetta & genesis from the flag on point and good guys and vehicles

This review is being written one year after purchasing a 2008 Jeep Wrangler. I drove from Delaware and conducted a preliminary inspection of the vehicle and found it to be fine. I returned the following week and performed a detailed inspection of all systems. While checking the spark plugs, one of the leads to the plug pulled off. When I showed the sales representative, they immediately had a parts store deliver a complete set of spark plug wires and then proceeded to change every one out while I continued my inspection. Now that's good customer service. The mileage was low, which I verified using an OBDII reader, and there was a minor oil leak from a seal which was easy to fix and not abnormal for this type of vehicle and age. Negotiations with the Owner were fair and went well. Since bringing the Jeep home, I have replaced or repairs a few minor items and the vehicle runs well after one year. A positive point about this dealer is that he provides a free copy of CarFax with each vehicle. I am very happy with this purchase and have recently notified the Owner of my satisfaction.

Recently bought a Toyota Car. The folks there are quite friendly and found that they do not jack up the prices unlike others. I fully recommend this. They even dropped my vehicle to NJ all the way from their location. As part of the improvement, the used cars on Sale needs to be properly cleaned to ensure that customers get attracted.

Quick smooth purchase. Very comfortable to work with . Decent price for the market at time of purchase. Had fun joking around but the business part was Professional . If you need a car or truck they are fair and not pushy once Initially contacted.

My lack of credit didn't give me the low percentage rate that I'd hoped for to finance the truck and Matt explained how that translated into a high down payment and monthly note.He suggested other methods I might try. Two weeks later I called back to ask why another dealership approved me for 23% ( Yikes) interest rate and then a week later called to offer 18%. Matt said they were bigger and thus have more resources to control the interest rate offered. He went the extra yard.
