The whole process was so incredibly smooth. Definitely didn’t expect that. The last time I purchased a car over 14 years ago, the process was a disaster, so going in I was a little apprehensive but prepared for the worst. Caleb A and the staff here at Heritage Honda Bel Air made my experience so pleasant that I’d recommend both Caleb A and the folks there to ANYONE. Caleb A was thoughtful and kind, knowledgeable and respectful. Just a good person. A+
