Not Willing to budge a dime...

I test drove a used Jetta here at this lot and immediately the check engine light came on and an "odd" smell was coming from the engine. We drove back and informed the owner and he did right away send it away to be repaired and said he would call us as soon as it was repaired, approx half hour or so. An hour and half went by and finally I called him. He said it was just a thermostat and should be returning anytime. After more time we finally decided to just go back there. The car was returned shortly after and we test drove it again. The check engine light did not come back on so we figured all was repaired and went into the office. Bottom line....there is no play in cost AT ALL....NOT A PENNY! I have never in my life been to a dealership that didn't try to negotiate to SOME degree. This guy did not entertain any type of offer, we had cash and our offer was reasonable. He stated that he has to make $300 to $400 on each car in order to pay his rent....I'm sure he makes MORE than that per vehicle, dealers get these cars from auctions much cheaper than he stated that he paid. Yes, he did show us a # that he said he paid for that car at the auction, not believing what he showed us but whatever.

Dear Mr & Mrs NayNay, as you might not know we really markup our units by $400 to $700 profit per unit (NOT $2000)like many other dealers ,but that is why we sell more units per month than many other independent dealers in the area, So when we spent the money on the repairs that you requested for the thermostat and the heater sensor for about $225 then we are left with only $450 profit for that vehicle (which you don,t have to believe) then we have the full right to make that much $$ and not less, and i personally can swear to you that was the actual cost that we showed you on the screen that you did,t believe, matter of fact you are more than welcome to come back to our office and we will show you all the official auction paperwork and receipts for services that was done to this car and you don,t have to buy from us but we would like you to believe us. thanks

Outstanding Customer Service

I drove from Cleveland to Cincinnati looking for the right car for my daughter. A combination of poor car choices and very poor service until I came across decentride.com. In all my years I have been buying cars, at no time did I ever deal with this level of customer service. My family and I were treated with great respect and honesty. The car we bought was perfect and my daughter is very happy. You should change your name to Integritycars.com. Thanks again for everything!!!!

Glad We Met You

My wife and I have been looking for a safe, quality second vehicle for our family for several months. We almost gave up on the idea of this being possible. We became very skeptical that any dealership within a 50 mile radius of Bellbrook was going to deliver such a product at a "decent" price. We decided to browse the internet, and to our pleasant surprise, we found Decent Ride.com. From viewing their website only, we could see they offered upscale vehicles at very reasonable prices. We were happy to read they go to extraordinary measures to inspect and repair the vehicles before they even consider selling them. We printed several vehicles that matched our buying criteria and made the 30 mile trip to visit the lot. Because of our past experiences, we were still a bit skeptical about this place being as nice as it appeared to be on the website. However, the moment we arrived we were provided some assurance that Decent Ride.com is the real deal. We were greeted by a very kind and helpful associate immediately. He was very knowledgeable about all their inventory and allowed us to test all vehichles we were interested in with no hesitancy or credit check. He also provided us as much time as we needed to inspect the vehicles of our choosing. There was absolutely no pressure for the sale or for the time we were taking. Once we made our decision, we were treated respectfully and professionally while discussing all the business ends of the deal. In summary, it was great to find such a dealership that not only provided us a vehichle we are extremely happy with, but also confidence that there are still businesses that care about the customer and listen to your needs. Also, a business that treats you respectfully and honestly. At no time did we witness the "patronizing hype" you so often receive at other dealerships. We will most definitely do future business with Decent Ride.com and will recommend them to all our family and friends.

Outstanding Dealership

Andrew was by far the most pleasant car sales person I have EVER done business with. His very friendly demeanor, "Can Do" attitude and flexibility when it came to the terms of purchasing a vehicle had me thoroughly impressed beyond words. Andrew treated me like a close friend, not just another sale. I felt incredibly comfortable doing business with him, there was no pressure whatsoever to purchase from him (though I had already made up my mind to buy a car from him within the first 20 minutes of arriving at his dealership!), and overall it was just an incredibly pleasant experience that I would DEFINITELY repeat! I will absolutely buy from Andrew again in the future!

As thier name says DECENT RIDE !!!!

I was in the market for a decent used car for my teen age son and we spent about 2 month looking , then my son found a fiew vehicles at Decent Ride.Com that he liked , first of all it was my very first time that i enter a dealership and i was left alone looking without a sales person jumping over my shoulder , as all other dealers . i felt free and actually was able to think clear of what we want to test drive , and sure enough the first vehicle we test drove was the one we took home , it was a great deal . Decent Ride.Com is highly recommended .
