Unfortunately, I had to change my review of this dealership after an exhaustive 2 months of back and forth with DEAN for selling me a severely problematic car and failing to disclose the damages. Sad as I believe that I was taken for a ride by this guy, I still can’t believe it myself but Dean is the embodiment of a sleazy Florida used car salesman as they come. Don’t be fooled by the multiple positive reviews that you see here on their Google page, I fell for it too. These reviews were given by people after he had pressured you to go to his Google page and leave a review immediately after delivering your car. Of course you’re still ecstatic from buying a car and prime ready to give out five stars but that’s where the problem begins. He buys damaged and questionable cars from California, relies on mostly out-of-state or long distance customers, displays this charming personality and then turns around and screws you over. I bought a Mercedes-Benz S550 from him. Discovered that that the Sunroof is damaged while driving the car home from the dealership, seat functions stopped working, pneumatic pump damaged, air suspension leaking just to mention a few. If you are considering buying a car from this guy named Dean, please consider coming in with your mechanic, make sure everything is working in the car. Even at that, I still will not recommend him or this dealership for the xxxx they put me through in the last 2 months. After making every attempt to get these guys to do the right thing, by fixing some of the severe damages on the car, and even when I agreed to meet them halfway on the costs, Dean simply chose to ignore my calls and texts leaving me in nearly $3500 in bills. I have contacted the relevant consumer protection agencies and the local TV station to investigate this guy. I strongly believe that he may have gotten away with selling shoddy cars to unsuspecting people for far too long.

Excellent Experience!
Start to finish Mirabella Motors was a professional and a hassle-free process. Dean was extremely accommodating and made for a stress free experience. Dean provided a thorough explanation for all of our questions and never once came across as pushy. It was clear our needs were first and foremost. The vehicle is perfect for our needs and was just what we were looking for. Dean delivered the car freshly detailed! We will ONLY shop with Tony and Dean at Mirabella Motors going forward! Best car buying experience!!

5 stars for Dean of Mirabella Motors
I had been looking for a BMW435i to replace my baby that was involved in a wreck. Unfortunately, there were none available here in the Raleigh Durham area. So I broadened my search and came across the 2017 BMW 440i... When I called to get info on the car, I was so blessed to get a return call from Dean at Mirabella Motors in Tampa Fl. To be very honest, I was very apprehensive on buying a car sight unseen, and asked if Dean would mind if we FaceTimed him to see the car, and hear more about it. He was more than accommodating, and said he would call me back when he had the car pulled up.... Once connected via facetime, Dean walked me around the car, showing me all the bells and whistles, and was very honest when I asked if there were any blemishes ( rock chips ) He also sent me the car fax and was very knowledgeable about the car's history himself. He was able to get me great financing, and a very fair deal with transport to NC. The entire buying process was a breeze. Dean seemed just as excited about this car as I was, and did everything possible to help me get her. I really hoped I could get it up to Raleigh in time for my Birthday which was 5 days following the start of the buying process. Dean made it happen. Not only did it show up the day before my birthday, but he also sent it with a BIG RED BOW!!!!!! Dean went above and beyond in my opinion, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in search of their dream luxury car. THANKS AGAIN DEAN!!!! MY NEW FRIEND!!!!

Best Car Dealership in town!!!
By far the best buying experience I have ever had. My salesperson, Dean , listened and understood my needs and then delivered the exact Maserati that I wanted. I will certainly reach out to Dean when I make my next purchase. I truly wish I could give the team at Mirabella Motors dealership 10 stars.

Bentley Flying Spur
I purchased a Bentley Flying Spur from Mirabella Motors 08/28/2020. I worked with Dean the owner. I came down from NC. Worked with him a few days via phone and email. Everything went well and the car was as stated. I drove the car back to NC without issue. I would recommend them. The car is going in for service at my local Bentley dealer this week. Waiting on Title / paper work to arrive this week. I will give a more detailed review once everything has been completed.

Car was in a wreck: a $45,000 mistake to buy here!
Purchased Jaguar on March 21, 2020. Paid $3705 extra for the GWC warranty. They claimed they were mechanic shop and the car had a antifreeze leak caused by a faulty water pump that they offered to replace under the GWC warranty. But Vinny the dummy, left the hose clamp off the upper radiator hose causing catastrophic overheating per Jaguar of Tampa! The mechanic Vinny’s incompetence forced the motor to overheat and destroyed the motor!!! The shop that is installing the new motor, Milan’s Auto Repair says they didn’t replace the water pump yet they billed for it on their invoice! This is fraud! Now they are not answering the phone and refusing to pay the $14,329.05 [$13,963.95 for Millan’s Auto, $100 GWC deductible for water pump that was never replaced = deceptive trade practice and $165.10 for Jaguar of Tampa diagnostic evaluation] cost to replace this motor with a used motor since their idiot mechanic made the problem worse by leaving the hose clamp off! Even grade schoolers know better than this!!! GWC says they won't pay for it because they have an exclusion clause for motors that overheat, have low coolant or defective repairs. Vinny is a incompetent, negligent mechanic who doesn't know the difference between xxxx and Shine Ola. The car is worth $27,000 according to bluebook and the cost to get a new motor from Jaguar is $30,000. I need a motor because these morons left a hose clamp off and the liars didn’t even replace the water pump! They were too stupid to figure out the real cause of the leak but they tried to pull a fast one with GWC! These guys are con men and shysters!
