EXCEEDED my expectations on ALL counts!!

Elite Auto exceeded my expectations on all counts!! 1) Selection of Vehicles - had the VERY hard to find BMW x6 with all the options & interior I wanted. 2)Ease of Service - It was extremely easy to work out all the terms and transaction details even though I was out of the area (Southern California). Flew Honey to checkout care w/check in hand. If car is exactly as-pictured and in perfect condition "buy-it." If not, return home via flight to Burbank. Honey drove car 5 1/2 hours back home and absolutely loves my car as much as I do. Thank you Nik for everything!! Thank you Elite Auto. Tatum

Should have posted this review months ago......

The good: Nice, clean, well selected inventory. Nik and Eli have good overall knowledge of the vehicles they sell. Good facility and well kept. Nik went out of his way to arrange a great financing option and meet me on an off day which was much appreciated. The opportunity for improvement: Purchased 2009 Porsche 911 4S on 1/25. By my return home to the Central Coast I realized that my horn was not working and I thought I had issues with my navigation system or on board computer. Nav situation cleared up but horn clearly not working. Nik assured me multiple times that the horn had been repaired while in their possession. I then asked what Porsche dealership made the repair so that I could follow up. Nik admitted that he and Eli did the repair, and again, informed me multiple times that it was working but that this is a very common problem with Porsche. Not once did Nik offer to make this right or offer to repair it properly. The week following the purchase of my car I contacted Nik to have him send the second key to my Porsche that I forgot to obtain when I left the dealership. Nik stated that he would not send the key until my plates and registration were sent (six-eight weeks from the purchase of my vehicle). I have purchased well over 20 vehicles in my lifetime, never has any dealership had this policy. Once I signed the papers and became the legal owner of the vehicle the key should have been surrendered immediately. On Feb 11th my trade-in (Mercedes Benz) loan still not paid off. Called Mercedes and they had no record of pay-off. Nik assured me that payment was made and texted me a picture of cleared check on his end. Through my own research and three phone calls with Mercedes it is determined that Elite Auto Imports put the wrong VIN number on the pay-off form sent to Mercedes. Finally cleared up after about a week and much of my time wasted. Feb 24th I inquired about obtaining my plates and registration. Nik clearly explained to me that as a dealer they have 30 days to set all this in motion. The next day Nik contacted me and informed me that they could not register my vehicle because they didn?t have the proper SMOG paperwork - it somehow got mixed up with another vehicle. I?m now asked to get a SMOG test done and send Nik the paperwork, at his expense. Fine, I let Nik know where I was taking the vehicle, what day and what time so that he could make arrangements for payment. Sure enough, I took vehicle to get SMOG test done and Nik had not made the arrangements for payment. I called Nik, clearly woke him up, then put him on the phone with the dealer to make payment for the SMOG test. So why such a late review? I gave Nik every opportunity to make this right with me months ago, and in fact had a lengthy conversation with him over the phone. He knew how unhappy I was with my overall experience, assured me he would follow up with a kind gesture (keep in mind I never asked for a thing, simply wanted to get my point across for their improvement and benefit) and once again Nik did not follow up. This left me feeling like I was simply not heard, not taken seriously and that I completely wasted my time. For me, it?s simply about doing what you say you are going to do. If you offer a kind gesture, then follow up with it. Yes I had issues, things happen. But the way my entire situation was handled is a real disappointment and hence the late review. And as a final side note, I?m still dealing with issues regarding the horn not working properly.

Fantastic Establishment and Great Customer Service

We were looking for a BMW M3 Convertible and Eli was able to provide me with my new car. When I first came into the showroom and saw the car I was a bit skeptical, it wasn't as picture perfect as I imagined. But after pointing out what I thought was not up to par, Eli took care of it. When I came back to make the purchase, the car was spotless and beautiful. It was like night and day. Eli was kind enough to even go and get me the BMW's convertible wind screen protector. Honestly, Eli is the most down-to-Earth car dealer I know. By being the owner he is knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. He is easy to talk to, and it made the experience all the better. Signing the papers was easy, fun, and efficient. I highly recommend going in and checking this place out.

Dealerships and car salesmen should learn from the guys at Elite Auto Imports. Eli and Nik are the best at what they do. We have purchased multiple vehicles at various locations both new and used cars and never had the kind of personal service that these two had given us. The way they conduct business is the way it should be. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the market for great cars that were meticulously picked by people passionate about cars. "Customer Service 101" at its best.
