Great People and Great Service
Just leased a 2024 KIA Telluride SX Prestige. Salesman, Austin Cooper, was a delight to work with... Personable and knowledgeable. Finance person, Robin, explained everything and the paperwork was "painless" for once.

Car Still Not Fixed
I brought my car in 2 weeks ago for tires ,and replace a hole in my exhaust, I have until now have had a good experience with the service department. My car stopped working 4 hours after I picked it up,now their claiming it something else ,they should only cost less than $100 to fix,the associate Sam was trying to be helpful, but they can't guarantee that my car will be fixed and they have charged me over $2500 and I still have not gotten my car fixed and still in their rental. I'm very disappointed in their response and waiting to hear from a representative to call me back.

I was searching for a Kia Carnival and tried all my local
I was searching for a Kia Carnival and tried all my local dealerships in Texas. They were either all incoming sold and not taking orders because I lived too far away from their dealership, or had a HIGH markup. I started searching Oklahoma, Louisiana, Colorado, Kansas, and Alabama (all that I could drive to). And finding Walker Kia was one of my favorite moments on the hunt. I met Lilyann and she was exceptional. She did say all incoming were reserved but I could order and their dealership (at this time) is one of the few that do not mark up. I ended up finding a dealership closer that did have something incoming a little over markup, but if I had to order this dealership would've been my #1 choice. From the moment I spoke with her, I knew I wanted to work with her, and wish I could have but needed to get in something ASAP (school drop off with a newborn just seems 10x easier than a large SUV that I'm currently in). Anyway, this is all to say that this dealership is top notch and absolutely my favorite out of all those states. Don't sit back if you're interested in ordering and definitely still see if they have any incoming beforehand. Lilyann, personally, was a perfect dealer, no pressure, transparent with what they have to offer and even sends a personal message.. and continues to work with you however you like (with me I prefer text so I can remember all the information better, and keep track of everyone). So yeah, if you've gotten this far I assume you are looking into working with them, so do it!

Thanks for wasting my time
I went to see Garrett Sellers about possibly getting a new car. My credit score is Fair and I have a trade-in. I spent 3 hours sitting at his desk alone. He was in the manager's office most of the time, he and the manager drove my car and went back into the manager's office. I guess they were trying to find a finance company. Not at any point did Garrett tell me what my trade-in value would be. I felt very awkward just sitting at his desk alone. I texted him to say I had to leave and I told him to call me when knew something about the financing. I was at the dealership on Monday, August 1, I texted Garrett on Tuesday asking what was going on and I have never heard back from him.

Horrible!!
Had our new car for a month! service department was awful lacks communication & customer service skills! When we did get it back they had not even put our car back together my husband had to put back together! We live an hour away from dealership. We picked up after hours & nobody was there. We will never go back to Walker Kia!

No courtesy call
I love Kia, always had a great experience with them until now. My engine light started flashing and heard a tapping noise under the hood. Got my car tow to Kia service center. They have had my car for almost two weeks now. Never got a courtesy call. Had to call them myself to find out what is going on. Finally got an answer. Waiting for Kia to approve the problem. Have a recall on my engine and that is what the problem is. I've been hitchhiking a ride for almost two weeks back and forth to work. I felt frustrated today because getting back and forth to work is a pain in the butt. Broke down in tears. Still haven't heard anything. All I ask for is a courtesy call to keep me informed of the status of my vehicle. I need a vehicle to get back and forth to work. It's not my fault that my engine failed. There is a recall on my engine and I need to be compensated. Kizell and Denise

Oil Change
Our 2013 Kia Optima had a recall on it , so we took it in for service and a oil change. They informed my wife that the oil plug was installed side way and after draining the oil out, they could not reinstall plug. that we needed a new oil pan cost $500. After talking with service manager this was simply not true. the plug had not been removed and oil was not drained out. We took the car to another place for oil change with no problem?????? WOW
