I stopped to look at a used van I saw advertised. It was not on the lot but the lady at the store quickly called and located it and it was on the lot in a reasonable time. We drove it and decided to make the purchase if we could figure out what to do with our van. I had a rather difficult van to trade in as it required body repair. Mike looked my van over and concluded that he could make an offer on the trade. Mike did not do any of the high pressure stuff that some car dealers do to try to get a vehicle sold. I agreed on the price and Mike started the paperwork. He discovered that the van that I was buying was about due for an oil change and had it sent to their shop to do that. I happened to mention that someone was going to be happy as the one I was trading had a full tank of gas. Mike went and filled the van I was buying with gas. Mike was very busy but kept the purchase process going and we were soon leaving with our newly purchased van. It runs great and we love it.
