I bought a car November 8,and I still haven't got my registration or title, not a good place to buy a carive called many times and still no paperwork

We are very happy with our Lexus RX 350 F Sport purchase from East Coast Auto Group of Jersey City. The staffs there were straight forward and there were no hidden fees. I had dealt with many car dealers in the past, and I wish all of the car dealers can be as professional and straight forward as the staffs at East Coast Auto Group of Jersey City. I BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM AND STARTED HAVING CAR PROBLEMS WITH CAR. THE CAR IS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE IN WITH MY SIX KIDS. I WAS TOLD MY THE MANAGER THAT YOU CANNNOT TRADE YOU CAR IN FOR ANOTHER ONE SINCE I CASH OUT. SO THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND SOLD ME A BAD CAR. THEY KEEP SAYING LET US FIX IT BUT HOW MANY TIMES YOU GOING TO FIX THE DAM CAR? IM REALLY xxxx OFF. THEN THEY SAY THEY WILL MAKE A APPOINTMENT FOR YOU THEN TURN OUT WHEN YOU GET THERE ITS NO APPOINTMENT. MY 30 DAYS IS NOT UP LIKE xxx . THAT CAR SITTING IN MY PARKING LOT BECAUSE I CANNOT DRIVE IT. MY 30 DAYS IS NOT EVEN UP AND THEY SOLD ME SOME xxxxxxxx THAT I CANNOT GET ANOTHER CAR OR MY MONEY. THE MANAGER SAID WHEN SHE BUY THE CARS FROM WHEREVER SHE JUST HAVE IT SIT SO SOMEONE CAN BUY. HOW YOU BUY CARS AND DON'T HAVE NO ONE LOOK AT IT BEFORE YOU SALE THE CARS? PLEASE TO KEEP YOURSELF STRESS FREE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Terrible terrible..Called about an EOS that was advertized for 10900. I offered 9500 and 1000 out of pocket. Took my info was approved but they told me my offer was too low. Not only that had a 1900 prep of car fee added without advertising it! Told them forget it. An hour later the car was up to 11900. So someone F-ed Up pricing her.

I purchased convertible Infiniti on May 26th. I have yet to receive any paperwork to purchase a tag ! I flew from Atlanta to purchase this vehicle and paid to have it shipped to my home. There was not even a temp tag on the vehicle! I paid full asking price for this vehicle which I have never paid sticker price for any of vehicles and I have purchased numerous cars and trucks. I have made 2 payments and cannot even drive the car!! I have called several times emailed Ana a few times was put on forever hold disconnected. Let voicemails and so I hope this review will get someone at the company to send my documents so I can purchase a tag!!! Infiniti of South Atlanta Andre Goolsby provides professional impeccable service I would highly recommend him and never this company!!

They were not expecting me despite having an appointment? Nothing ready, no numbers, negotiation, etc. The guy who helped me, although nice, didn't seem to be able to give me information. ???

Take the majority of "real" reviews here to heart. This place is a WASTE of time. Called about a car and was told it was available, arrived 25 minutes later and was told it wasn't. Then, was told it was "in for service". We looked at it and were offered the car, and they took a $500 deposit and we never heard from them again. We had to call several times to confirm the car was sold (it was no longer on cars.com), and when we finally spoke to someone, were told the car was too damaged for them to sell and was being "returned to auction" - as if that is even a thing that happens. Insult to injury, one week and several phone calls later, and the deposit has not been returned. Word to the wise- they also have what appears to be competitive pricing, but upon arrival each car is marked up over $2k with dealer fees and warranties. Essentially they buy these cars at auction (at auction prices) and sell them for retail prices, and force their customers to purchase a 6 month warranty for $1,900 to cover their butts. If I could give them zero stars I would. This place is NOT for a serious car buyer. You have been warned.
