My vehicle was repaired and we are very satisfied with

My vehicle was repaired and we are very satisfied with the repair process and interaction with our service representative ( Peter Robinson). Peter was in constant contact with me throughout the process and once the repair was completed he reached out to me to ensure everything was satisfactory.

It Took longer than expected to get extended warranty

Mr. Robinson definitely keep me informed the issues with

Mr. Robinson definitely keep me informed the issues with my vehicle that need work. He is on top in getting repairs completed in a timely manner. He personally test drove my vehicle making sure all repairs functioned correctly. I can’t say enough about how impressed with Mr. Robinson’s work ethic and personal attention he pays on qualify of workmanship. I definitely would return for maintenance on my vehicle to Preffered.

Mike Heater in sales was really great, you should try to see him. Sales manager was dumb and unhelpful and finance guy was pushy but friendly and experienced

On October 24, 2024, I had new rear brakes installed and

On October 24, 2024, I had new rear brakes installed and during the installation they determined I needed a new rear axle seal and rear carrier bearings. The entire bill came to $1,830. I have driven my vehicle 2300 miles and took my truck to another facility to replace the front brakes. In the process, the service rep at the new facility determined I needed to replace the rear brakes as well due to warped rotors (they are sending picture of the same). Of course, Preferred's "disclaimer of warranties" relieves them of any responsibility. I have heard the Preferred dealerships tend to find "additional" problems when they service vehicles. True example: They told me I needed new brakes two years before I actually required them during an oil change. It also appears they use poor quality replacement parts as well. I will never use a Preferred facility again for any automotive work or the purchase of another vehicle.

Was able to schedule service timely, they diagnose and communicate the issues to get authorization and repaired in a timely fashion. I would recommend for your Duramax servicing needs.
