McCarthy Chevrolet

First, I didn't have any repairs. I had some after market features installed on my new 2021 Colorado. and I could not be happier. Laurynn, our Sales Consultant, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was in a test drive within minutes of identifying the truck that caught our eye. I have never had a more 'at ease' feeling. EJ, Finance, exhibited knowledge and technical savvy to walk us through the final steps. I bought the extended warranty, and interior exterior treatment, and I couldn't be happier that I did. We miscommunicated one of our needs, and EJ was able to make the corrections, pain free, to keep us On Budget and On Time, and in the vehicle we wanted. He, and all of McCarthy Chevrolet team, just exude integrity, pride, and genuine care for their business and customers. The truck looks fabulous, and I'm comfortable that we're covered for whatever the road might throw at us. Thank you McCarthy Chevrolet, ALL of you.

Ken along with the other service professionals always make me feel welcome. They are efficient and reliable. I am confident that they will take care of my vehicle and only perform what is absolutely needed. They are always sure to educate me on any future needs. We drove four and a half hours from a different state to buy a truck from this dealership. They made us a good deal and we decided to go with them than another deal we had going from another dealership. They got us approved with a better rate as well. This was a great deal all around....until we got there. The 2020 Chevy 2500 High Country, that we drove four and a half hours to get, was not as it was described. "Perfect" was what Jamie Harrigan, our salesperson, described the truck as being, and that was far from the truth. My husband got out of the truck and went to look at it and the whole bed was pushed into the cab. If you look at the bed liner, the floor is separated from the front and very noticeable. When we told Jamie, he acted like he had no clue. How does a vehicle go through your shop and that get missed? I guess they thought that we wouldn't notice or we would and wouldn't care. They didn't offer to do anything for us. I went in to go talk to Eric, the sales manager, and he wouldn't even come down to talk to me. This dealership is a joke! We left without a truck. Also, to add all the sales people were sitting around the front desk and not professional at all!

Called ahead to arrange for an appointment to test drive a used vehicle that was listed on Edmunds for a price that was almost too good to be true. Turns out it was. After a 30 minute drive to the dealership I was presented with a significantly higher priced vehicle and the vehicle present on Edmunds was nowhere to be found on their lot or any associated lot. Complete waste of time and a classic bait and switch. Why even waste their own time to do that. At least the salesperson was decent to deal with in the limited time we were together.

I walked into this dealership to view a few cars I had located online; however, these vehicles didn’t quite match everything I was looking for. I gave my criteria to the salesman and he found a WONDERFUL vehicle that was everything I was looking for! And the deal he gave me was better than any other dealership. The customer service was great and the facility was top notch. I’m super happy with the purchase and will certainly check them out again for any future car purchases.

Great sales and finance people. They gave me a tour of the dealership, including the service area.

Rodney Bowman is an outstanding Service Manager. He explains issues in a understandable way. Makes the customer feel important to the dealership.

I was standing in the showroom kind of waiting to be helped and Tony the GM introduced himself. I explained my situation which is difficult and after a quick conversation he told me what I needed. I worked with Luke and then Ryan in finance who was very sharp and professional. They got us in the car we wanted under the circumstances and from my first call, to finance, to finding the right car, to jumping through some hoops, we were in the new car in less than 24 hours. There were no false promises like the Chevy dealership on Shawnee Mission Pkwy. So I guess the dealer really does make the difference. Thank you Tony, Ryan, and Luke.
