My husband and I were looking to get a GMC and Stephen

My husband and I were looking to get a GMC and Stephen asked us if we had driven a Buick. I drove my mom’s car and it was good. He had us try the Buick and a GMC and the Buick was so comfortable. He was very personable on our drive tests and he was not pushy and let us drive the car to get lunch and discuss. He made it easy and I would recommend him to anyone.

I recently purchased a GMC pickup from Ken Garff in Riverdale. Right from the start, I was treated different from other dealerships I had worked with. Ashton, Chad, and John were great. I’ve been very pleased with the way Bill has worked with

We were going to go to Ken Garff Honda but my husband

We were going to go to Ken Garff Honda but my husband turned into this Ken Garff instead. We told Steven what we wanted. We were not looking for a GMC terrain or another Honda CRV. After explaining to him what we wanted he told us about Buick’s and how comfortable they were. My husband and I were skeptical but we went along and drove an envision and a terrain. After sitting and driving in both Steven was right and the Buick won. The financial side was good as well and got us the best deal they could find. We will recommend them to everyone.

Zack was super helpful when I caught him with no warning.

Zack was super helpful when I caught him with no warning. He was very professional even though he was not my actual salesperson (who was off this day). He answered my questions and identified a $2,750 incentive that my original salesperson had not mentioned. As it was the last day of the month, and my sales guy was off, Zack helped me close on my vehicle that same day, thus enduring I received the additional $2,750 incentive. Zack was great, but I would say the closing process was quite slow, (over 1.75 hrs - discussions & paperwork were easy and quick but the process was sprinkled with long periods of just waiting around that totaled well over an hour of waiting time. I took delivery the next day w/Zack and the vehicle was ready and the process quick. Over-all I would say I was happy.
