Terre Haute Chevrolet exceeded all expectations due to Ron May. Ron was gracious, considerate, and respectful. He is knowledgeable about the vehicles and their features and highly efficient in the leasing process. The finance manager was also a positive factor in this experience

Service was fine but didn't explain Repair Estimate

Service was fine but didn't explain Repair Estimate attached to receipt. Said Diagnostic-Oil leak (Visual). Not sure if they saw oil or it was low or what.

My maintenance was scheduled on Thursday, I showed up on

My maintenance was scheduled on Thursday, I showed up on Monday. The staff took care if the maintenance on my Trailblazer anyway, and provided shuttle service. OUTSTANDING!!!

Great dealership.

Great dealership. Very friendly salesperson. Offered us Great deal on our trade-in. We decided not to purchase quite yet but will look at their inventory in the future.

I was told by the sales manager Cameron that a car was

I was told by the sales manager Cameron that a car was still available. When I arrived 1 Hour later from an hour away, I was told by the sales guy the car went to auction. Then he disappeared for awhile to come back and tell me the car had an o2 sensor issue and alignment issues that they did not want to pay for, so it was at the auction. Cameron, the sales manager, did not have the guts to come out and tell me this, since he was the person who lied about the car still being available. Then got a notification the car had a price drop! Poor customer service and perpetuates the slimy car dealership image.

Paul Doan was amazing.

Paul Doan was amazing. He took great care of us. We were not sure about buying from dealership, but Paul changed our way of thinking. No pressure and he know what he is doing. We have purchased 2 from him so far and will continue to go to him. I highly recommend going to Terre Haute Chevrolet and talking to Paul.
