Poor business

Very dissatisfied and I was lied too was a total waste of my time and money and the insurance they push on you is a scam!

No Pressure to buy.

So thrilled with the whole car buying process no pressure. Ending up buying in and out within 2 hrs. Everyone was So friendly. Highly recommend A&B Kia.

Had a great experience with this dealership

I had good experience when I bought my car my Kia that answer all my questions and help me anytime I called to get my car serviced I would recommend them to anyone.

They will not return my call now. I’ve called 3 ti

They lied to me & my loan is for more than what they told me. I got no credit for my down payment. I got my loan payment & it is more than I was told

2017 Kia sorento

I was welcomed by a friendly worker and he directed me to the nice waiting room with ice seating as well as snacked and television and coffee. They came back and talked with me on a function they recommend to keep the car in tip top shape and quickly got the job done and had my car ready to take off in no time flat.

Way too high

Called as I saw a truck on their lot and compared to one I found elsewhere. They told me I would never find a better deal. Two phone calls and I saved $6000 from their and mine has 18000 less miles so I bought elsewhere

Worst Customer Service ever

The facility was nice and that is the only positive thing I have to say; Went in and was speaking to a gentleman when Bill took over; Bill was apathetic, judgmental, borderline rude and condescending; Bill acted like we were wasting his time and seemed "burnt out"; Bill was more focused on telling me what he COULDN'T do for me than what he could do for me; We were recommended to deal with Josh after that; My fiance called 5 different times and Josh never returned his call; I called once for Josh and once for a manager- neither of us received a return call (this was within a week's time). I guess we didn't have the right look.

Awful. Ignorant

Acted like I was a bother. Advertisement was a lie. Rude and ignorant. The loan officer was the worse. Argumentative and ignorant. I bought 2 new vehicles totally 75000 from another dealership

Diesel truck

I was very disappointed in Justin as a salesperson I'd recommend Doug more than him he was a very poor salesman he offers you a vehicle then sells it to somebody else when you go to the bank to get the money

Horrible

I bought a car in November 2018. They seemed so nice. Until I tried getting my tags. They messed everything up. The bmv said the car wasn’t even in my name. It took until January to get my plates. It’s March and I still don’t have all of the stuff I need to be legal. Do they care? No, they got their money. They messed up my warranty and provided no explanation except that it was my fault. The warranty company said I would get a return. It took over a month and when I got the “return” it was over a hundred dollars short and no explanation why. I understand why nobody in my area like these people.
