Rich and the team at Audi Raleigh did a great job on my Q3 service. I had the 30k service package and tech did a great job. Excellent advice and communication is terrific.

A 20k service with a loaner. This was my second service in the last 12 months. I fully expect an Audi Dealership to deliver the bacon and so far, yes. Ryan answered every question I asked with succinct positive answers. It’s pretty easy to please a customer yet some dealerships fail miserably.
