AWFUL VIOLENT EMPLOYEES

STAY AWAY. MIKE a VILE human being. Completely ignored me for 1 hour while I waited for a 500$ holding refund for a car I chose to not buy from them. They made me come back 2 days in a row, both times waiting over an hour and being told over and over to "just be patient". both times with an excuse about how they have to wait for an approval to swipe my card for the refund. Even asking me a THIRD time if I can come back. I have never in my life seen an employee (MIKE) fully IGNORE a customer as if they are deaf. When I said "UM HELLO?",(I was wondering if he has headphones on bc he was ignoring me with his head down) after HELLO?-ing him, MIKE got up SCREAMING "get the xxxx out now!!!" His face was bloodshot and the veins in his neck were popping out. With both arms raised in the air. Like any logical person, I started to record him on my cell phone to which he then attempted to tone it down "please leave now" still screaming, but not with his veins popping out this time, and still with his arm in the air pointing out the door. Clearly struggling to control his behavior. He then proceeded to physically approach me (he is a 6 foot tall man, im a 5'5 woman) and use his body to physically push me out of the office and SLAMMED shut a sliding glass door an inch from my face. As a behavior therapist of 11 years my question to Camacho a family owned business is- WHY do you employ such a person? Are you ok with this mentally unstable and clearly disturbed individual representing your business this way? I have made sure and will continue to make sure that NOBODY who values their safety step foot into this place. I pray for Mike and anybody around him as it's very clear this is how he treats people in his home, clear with the trembling younger coworkers around him. This is probably how he was treated as a kid. DO BETTER CAMACHO. Instead of calling around and looking for a manager and more WAITING, I've handed it over to my attorney to assure that nobody gets verbally and physically assaulted by a mentally unstable and aggressive violent employee at a used car sales lot in Lancaster CA ever again. Yes, this stuff happens often but I am not letting this one go... it was UNACCEPTABLE behavior and I won't wait for his bosses to come to that conclusion and do the right thing. See you in court Mike, maybe a judge and some community service can teach you some manners... your parents clearly didn't. Also little kid MARK was a rude xxx
