Getting an oil change and routine inspection on my car wasn't how I wanted to spend my lunch hour but it was time. Denise was excellent from start to finish. She was able to schedule me the day I called, was an excellent hostess while I was there, and she adjusted my coupon as I paid removing the amount of the tire rotation as they did not complete this (advising that I replace the tires.) The service tech got me back to work on time- thank you! Everyone in the office was friendly as I waited in the lobby (very nice, clean waiting area.) Typically we go elsewhere for tires, but unless the quote given to me is way out of the ballpark, I will definitely purchase my new tires at the dealership. They make me feel as though they care about my car as much as I do.

Quick service with no unpleasant surprises. Got my discount without having to mention it. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.

Everything. Our sales rep. Chris helped with both of our purchases. He spent the time needed to put us in just the right cars. Our finance guys were great too! Josh, for our per owned, and Thad with our new car, both helped me stay within budget!

Most of the employees there are friendly and helpful. I feel that I never have to second guess a service that was performed at Feldman Kia Novi.

Meet right away by service rep and my vehicle was taken right on time for my appointment and my vehicle was returned to me in a very timely manner for my oill change

Denise Benson was fantastic. She was very friendly,polite and friendly. She greeted me with a smile and even recharged my cell phone. She is a A+ lady and she made my visit to Feldman Kia a very pleasant experience. If I were to purchase another Kia it would definitely buy it from your dealership. By the way having popcorn for your customers is a very nice touch to the Feldman Kia experience.

The way the employees made me comfortable with the entire process. We were treated like family, and everyone was very accommodating. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone desiring a vehicle.
