We saw a used van on FB that we were interested in. We went to the dealership where greeted by Yusef. He was very friendly, gathered our information for a test drive and ready to talk after. We were not prepared and agreed to come back to complete the sale. It was very quick and painless. The completion of the sale was just as quick and painless. No pressure, no xx, and no pitch. Just bought a 2013 Toyota Corolla a couple of weeks ago. Evan W. was the salesman who was with me the whole time. For only being there a few weeks, I have never had such a wonderful experience. Extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, he answered every single question I asked him, very interested in what I had to say about what I wanted. Never pushy. I was extremely impressed with him and have mentioned him to several people who are in the market for a pre-owned car. I would recommend him to everyone who was interested in buying a car. I had a pretty difficult experience with this purchase. The salesperson Nick was very good and responded quickly to texts. He creatively dealt with an issue that I had when picking up the car. Anthony seemed ok during the financing process though did not respond to questions I had afterwards. The BIG problem was getting us our tags. I called Nick and Anthony about my tags SEVERAL times. Anthony did not respond to me. Nick picked up the phone but no progress was made. I finally escalated to Josh who connected me to Lydia who was very good and responsive and got it done (about two months overdue). Apparently she inherited a mess. It appears there were problems in the title? dept and this impacted me greatly.

I am so upset with Scott Honda in West Chester. I purchased a preowned vehicle from their select section of the lot just 3 months ago. They held the vehicle for 5 days to check the vehicle because it wasn't ready for sale. I did not receive the report from the 5-day inspection, but after purchasing the vehicle, I had several code errors with multiple parts on the vehicle. I just recently found out that the catalytic converter is failing and will need to be replaced. I'm not an expert, but I know that this was a pre-existing issue as the vehicle was purchased for work only, and I live less than 2 miles from work. Their solution is to get me to pay for the new part and they'll eat the cost of labor. This is not a satisfactory solution because I should not be responsible for this pre-existing issue. I have purchased multiple vehicles from this location and would have never expected this from them. I will not be doing business with them going forward and will make sure that no one I care about will deal with them either. This is not a good business practice; this company isn't hurting, but they are pushing off their responsibilities on their customers, which is the true testament to how they feel about us.

Sales rep was professional and nice enough as was the finance and service department, however, sales manager Josh leaves a lot to be desired. After commuting over an hour to pick up the vehicle after repairs didn’t even make home before the engine light came on slight issue mechanical upon pickup. Sales manager was condescending and less than helpful. Rude is giving this man credit. Would avoid purchasing from this dealership.
