I spent hours up there trying to get in a car they new what i was looking for to fit me my wife 2 daughters and dogs because i travel for a living my credit didnt allow exactally what i wanted but then they got me aproved for a little car i was willing to take the bite because it was more dependable then my current vehicle left the west location didnt even go 5 miles and called said i did not want the car do to it having no cruise control thats something somebody wants working on the road they said well we all left so i have to miss work again so i can take car back if i drive to my job then back tommarow i will go past thr 200 mile or 3 day garentee and still be stuck with the car so its i possibly loose my job or forced to keep a car i have no intrust in anymore far as im concerned they have lost any business i will ever take there and i was planning on doing all future dealing there. But at the west location i do have to say they worked there xxxxx off trying to get me in a car chris especially he does whatever he had to to try and get me aprooved sevice amd hospitality were great but meeting my needs in the car mayby i should have looked first but fiegured being a 2016 it would have had it just not satisfied

Helped my girlfriend buy her first car. Process was actually pretty good. Great customer service. Took us 8 hours to buy the car because they were really busy. The reason I?m saying this should be a last resort place to buy a car is because once we bought the vehicle, both front tires blew out within a week. We had bumper to bumper but they were just going to put the same cheap tires right back on the car. Instead I ended up spending roughly 600 dollars on decent tires at a tire shop to avoid having my gf blow more tires. Purchased a 2017 Kia Forte and within a week both front tires blew out while she was driving. Both times she was shaken up. I will not be doing business with super car guys again if they place the cheapest tires on their vehicles. That shouldn?t be doing that if they want people?s business.

It was a bunch of waste of time spent 4 hours up there one day and turned around and spent another 4 hours the next day just for them to tell me they wouldn't know if I'm approved till.like 2 or 3 buisness days and didn't find out anything untill like 5 days later the finance people were not helpful and the whole place does not communicate very well with their customers I will not ever go through them it was a waste of time

Absolutely had an awesome team! Was just looking for a used nice car ended up leaving with a 2017! Harrison and Jarret/ Jared we're awesome !! Made me feel like I was an old friend. Was great to my daughter, everyone there was! Explained everything for my 75 yr old grandma. Absolutely awesome people. Thanks for making my experience great!

I just have to say Supercar guys treats everyone like rheee family an will do anything in there power to get you in the car or truck you want.

When we first got there they came outside right away, we told them exactly what we were looking for and they pick out two vehicles they were perfect for us. They were really friendly and nice. I would definitely recommend them

They are very friendly, really easy to communicate with, there not pushy when it comes to buying or trading a car in. Very good customer service

Andrea was amazing, she made us feel right at home and she was what sold us! Brandon and Alex were both amazing too! They went above and beyond for me and made sure I did get the best price and best credit union for my situation. Andrea has restored my trust in car dealerships after my last run in with a bad dealer, as well as Brandon and Alex. They will forever be my car buying store! Totally excited for all the opportunities they have opened me up to with my new car.

Pretty good experience. Daniel was a really nice guy, knowledgeable, and personable. I really appreciated the information and knowledge of all the staff. Daniel really made this a great experience, though.

We were in the market for a van and they had a 2014 nissan quest. They worked with us and the salesman was excellent. We had a deal to get the brakes fixed (they were squealing) and that was great. Then the finance guy said a $200 limit, and that was ok. We bought the van took it over to their dealership and they "fixed the problem" 3 days later the brakes were worse than ever. I took it to another mechanic, all the rotors were warped, and 2 needed to be replaced. So...$813 later and a fake fix...well, I guess the experience was fun...one time.
