This is the worst company, they totally lack the common/basic customer service. They don’t care about the customer only about making money.

I came to this dealership for the first time back in May but I didn't find anything I wanted but I told Bre I would definitely work with her again if something came up I was interested in. I chose to continue to work with Bre because she listened to my concerns about the vehicle I wanted and she was never pushy or aggressive about selling me a car or forcing me to make a purchase. When something came in at the dealership I contacted her, made an appointment and ultimately purchased a vehicle I felt worked for me. I would definitely recommend Bre as a great salesperson. I would consider purchasing another car from this dealership as the cars are priced to sell. On the day of my purchase it did take a little longer than I would have liked seeing as I was financed with my bank prior to my arrival.

I love my car but the overall purchase experience was just ok. There was some breakdown in communication, I wasn’t able to use the pre-approved loan that I had, and I felt misled about the auto financing I ultimately received, however they did get me within the range and payments I wanted. Although I love my car, there was an issue with the tire sensor that I thought would be fixed prior to pick up, it appeared to be repaired, but is still an issue about a month later. Overall it was a decent transaction and I’m happy with my car.
