Markosian Auto

We have been looking to trade in our vehicle for a couple years. In March we came to Markosian Auto and we're not greeted and then felt turned away. We were disheartened to say the least. HOWEVER, this is the BEST place for financing and they were willing to work with anything so we gave them another chance. We were greeted by Brett Darcy, one of the best salesmen we've ever dealt with. AMAZING, AMAZING SERVICE. Not only did we get help right away, we were able to close on a deal that day. He even worked harder to find a vehicle when the one we planned on fell through, AND stayed closing to finish up. We highly recommend Markosian Auto to anyone!

Jim is my personal hero! He got me into a car when no one else would. Got me into a freakishly nice car. And made it fit within my budget. He was crazy helpful. And made the whole process quick and easy, and got me out of there within only a couple hours. Instead of having to spend all day at a dealership. It was awesome! I highly recommend going to see him. He's been at this location forever. And he is a wonderful human being!

If you don't have a down payment they will send you to a place to get one that will charge 100% interest. Then the hippy mechanic can't be bothered with actually fixing anything. But it's a typical buy here pay here lot; crappy cars that are way over priced and fall apart ten minutes after leaving the lot...

I worked with Chris at the Taylorsville location he was awesome showed me all my options and the car I wanted was in ogden so we worked it all out I was able to go get the car and they cleaned up gave me a great deal to get the car I wanted even with less then perfect credit! I was up at the Ogden location and had the best sales representative! Fred Hughes was fantastic! He helped me find a car that best suits me and my financial needs as well as my driving needs! I have gone to many dealer shops and the pressure me into a car I don?t even like. Fred was patient and listened to things I was needing in a car! I walked out with the perfect car I could ever dream of! If There is anyone out to look for a new car, stop at markosian auto in Ogden and ask for Fred!

I am only pitting 5 starts to be seen. I paid the restocking fee because I could not afford 400-600 a month for a car that fell apart a month after I got it. They screwed in the back of front seats that just fell off. They charge a fee for every payment. They will not refinance after a year. After restocking and signing paper if there were damages they would get whole of me for repairs, no calls no nothing. They too my 500 restocking fee then still put car as a repo on my credit and did not turn in the form for the termination. If this gets deleted I will keep posting it. They will screw you over do not go to markosian!!!!

We came in with a situation that was complex and frustrating. Other dealers had told me no and had been unable to help. The first thing Jim Dunn told me was that he was here solely to help and to give us a good experience. The experience was quick, there w surprise and we knew within minutes that he could help us. This experience that I was grateful for after so many previously terrible experiences.
