My daughter bought a car as part of an interstate move to NH. It was a hectic, dynamic time for her. Cody Mundo was a great sales person; he took the time to listen to what she was looking for and help her make a good match on her first visit. He then stayed in touch with her (but not in an annoying way) while she managed her move, was flexible in working with her schedule and provided excellent customer service throughout the purchasing process. We very much appreciate his knowledge, transparency and positive demeanor. I would buy from Tricity again.

12/10/25 First time using TriCity Subaru service department for my '22 Outback. Great experience. Danielle at the service desk was a pleasure to deal with. Excellent communication via texts with her throughout the day that my car was there. Very flexible on scheduling an appointment, including drop off and pick up times. I will definitely use Tri City again for future service needs. Highly recommend.

All went smoothly, 12 month service on a Crosstrek. Text updates while waiting were a nice touch. 5 stars for Danielle in Service Dept. BUT Deduct 1 star for the phone appointment system. I felt like I had to dumb down my interaction with the bot.
